Hi. Congratulations on a great set of numbers. So, I have a couple of questions, but before I get to those, just to clarify a point that was raised previously. So, with regards to the warehousing that you’re saying that your supply chain business will do for your sellers on your network. So, as of now, you are not earning that revenue eit her, right? So, it’s not like – so basically you’re missing out on some revenue because your sellers are warehousing outside. Is that understanding correct?
Super. So, obviously, that rules out any question of inflation of margins. So, now just to come to the point of the take rates going up which you have spoken about from 15% to about 20 %- 22%. So, what do you think will be the primary lever for this take rate expansion? I mean, among your portfolio, whatever assortment improvement you do and the other things. So, if you could give us some sense of that, that would be very helpful?

Hello, can you hear me now?
Just trying to understand on the manpower cost , right, the net additions have been low for almost the last four quarters. So by now, we would think that manpower should have come off a little bit in terms of additions. So what is your outlook going ahead? And also this quarter, I saw that the outsourced sales cost has actually declined on a sequential basis. So is that indicative of a strategic call to not outsource as much anymore? Because some of the churn was also due to this.

Just first question on the productivity bi t, what is your outlook on that? And recently, one of your competitors actually spoke about using AI tools to do processes which were being done manually till now, so is there any room for you to do something similar?
Understood. So, if I look at the employee expenses this quarter, right, I see a huge jump in employee expense per person. Is that because of the hikes that was taken from first of December? As in if I take that increment?

Hi, sir. Couple of questions from me. First of all, so given where the agreement with Sony seems to have fallen through. As of now, what is the state of the company in terms of people retaining -- I mean, are you being able to retain people? Or is the attrition coming high over the last 15 days or a month or so? And when you are talking about margins slipping, do you mean that margins will remain at current levels? Or do you think that it will come down from current levels also as you implement your plan? And then you will come back to current levels in H2 FY25?
Understood. And just one last question with regards to the rights to the ICC events. You have given that your counsel believes that you do not have any liability, because there were some lapses on the part of Star. But they will become a much more well - capitalized business as of now the way things seem to be panning out. So, if you could give us some clarity on what kind of lapses have happened on their part that would give us some comfort.
