Hello sir. I just wanted to understand the impact that you had on from the wind speeds on your acquired portfolio because as I recollect on Mytrah you were guiding around Rs. 600 crores of EBITDA and that's pretty lower now including the new acquisitions as well. And any measures that you are taking on that EBITDA now?
And the second one that I wanted to understand is regarding your wind manufacturing plan that you had. So what is the progress on that and what is the sourcing strategy at the moment?

Hello, congratulations sir, on a great set of numbers. So, my first question is with regards to the realization it comes to around 52 million per MW for this quarter. Now, in this, I understand that EPC portion was not there, but then is there any pricing pressure that you are experiencing with a few other OEMs getting very active in the market?
Right, so 58 million is a good number to work around with, rig ht. And on the contribution margin that you said in the previous question, 20% or a little over it is that sustainable guidance or is it only for FY25?

I just wanted to know the exact quantum of merchant EBITDA that was there in the base quarter because to the extent that I remember in Q2 FY24, we just had around Rs. 25 crores of merchant EBITDA, I think so. And most of the accounts had around Rs. 150 crores of revenue on that, which you used to disclose earlier. So now if I say Rs. 35 crores of difference, then we are indicating minus 10 crores of merchant EBITDA. I don't think that would be the case, right? We wouldn't be selling anything on loss. So if you can help us with the exact numbers?
Rs. 7 crores is the gap. If I talk in terms of units, we had DEGEN generating around 180 million units and apart from that, some small sales that you would have from SUGEN, etc ., so would the number of units be around 200?

Just one question on your solar module manufacturing business. Last quarter you reported about Rs. 1000 crores of revenue on that and 614 megawatts. I think roughly your realization was coming to around 20 cents or so and margin of around 11 %. This quarter I see margin is close to 9% and if you can help us with the megawatt and in the market, we are hearing that some of the sales are happening at around 14, 15, 16 cents as well. So how is our realization?
Can you help us with the megawatt sold this quarter because I can see on slide 52 revenue , EBITDA etc. you have provided.

I just wanted to understand is there any capacity apart from Prayagraj where we have a possibility of selling it on merchant? And if so, in Quarter 1, how much did we sell and the kind of EBITDA we could have made on that one?
Sure. And another thing that I want to understand is, given the transmission opportunity ordering that's happening, how much would be the balance sheet capability to build for a transmission rate, at that time when you are already looking aggressively to bid for renewables in the coming quarter?

I wanted to understand that when Mundra was consolidated with standalone , it was expected that tax will be there on the standalone entity, but we see that the tax is reflecting at around 20%- 25%. So why is that and what should be the outlook on that? And the second question I want to understand is your CAPEX plan for F24 and ‘25.
And just on the CAPEX for this year. Next year, I understand you are still on the planning. For this year in H2 what should be?
