I have a couple of questions. The first one is on the vision. So, earlier, it was the Vision 2027. But now in this presentation, we see Vision 2028. So, just wanted to understand exactly what has changed in the vision, whether we are thinking of delaying certain CAPEX elements or whether the CAPEX is expected to go up further? Or there are some risks or challenges that we see that has resulted in this delay of 1 year?
Wonderful. Got it, actually. So, that will be like next year to be Vision 2029, then with some possibly more things added. The second question is that since we are working with MCX, and there has been some kind of circular also being floated on inclusion of ADC12, so that would facilitate hedging. And does this also mean that our aluminum capacity, particularly at India operations, now since we have got a good hedging thing. So, that capacity utilization would also improve. If so, possible to sh are some numbers what we can see once the hedging is active actually on MCX.

Good evening, everyone and thanks for the opportunity. Just a couple of questions from my side. If I look at Slide 33, where you have given the waterfall chart for Aluminum. Now in cost of production, power costs have gone up despite e -auction prices going down significantly in the quarter. So just wanted to understand whether it is the inventory effect and if so, then the coal cost should go down significantly actually in Q1 FY '25. Is it the correct assessment?
Can you please quantify the impact of these two outages on the coal cost this quarter?

Yes. Hi. Good evening, everyone. And thanks for taking my question. My first question is on the Aluminium division where that waterfall chart, where we find that the other expenses part, if you look at it, which has gone down materially , conversion as the cost essentially from $142 per ton to $56 per ton. So just wanted to understand the key drivers behind it and whether it is sustainable?
No. This waterfall chart, it is conversion and others, which is like $56 per ton in this quarter. Last quarter, it was $142. So I wanted to understand why it has gone down so substantially and whether this is sustainable.

I have two questions. The first one relates to aluminum division, wherein the mining -- the commencement of mining at captive block has been pushed back by a couple of quarters, even VAP expansion has been pushed back. So just wanted to understand the reas on for that while coal block might not be fully in your control, but VAP expansion definitely is. So just wanted to understand the reasons behind the same? That is the first question.
Sorry, just wanted to understand where we are stuck there. I mean is it related to land acquisition? Is it related to the...

Congratulations on a good set of numbers. I have a couple of questions. The first one is essentially on fumer. So with the commissioning of fumer project and with it streamlining by end of Q4 FY '24, what kind of additional production we can expect from fumer?
So that means next year, sir, we are already running at silver production of roughly 197. Of course, that is driven by increased -- one of the smelters running in lead mode only. So is it fair to assume that next year we could be like in -- above north of 800 in silver, roughly?

I have two questions. The first one is again on Bay Minette project. So, while you indicated that the cost escalation has been primarily due to civil contribution, so just wanted to understand if the scope of work has been increased or was this something we found during oil testing phase that we had to buttress it and whether we expect more escalation due to equipment ordering or, I mean, where are we on that? I just wanted to understand if there are any more contingencies that we could expect going ahead in Bay Minette?
Sir, just a follow-up on this. When I saw Coal India's numbers yesterday, their e-auction price, now, your coal cost has gone down possibly because of the inventory effect. Now, going forward in Q4, since e-auction prices, we know that at the entry of Q4 itself, they are down. So, wouldn't you expect some relief on coal cost front in this quarter?

Azad Engineering Limited

Yes, hi, and thanks for the opportunity. I have just one question. While we are deepening our presence in a defense space, in domestic arena as well, we have a formidable defense ecosystem coming up, particularly in aerospace with the joint venture between GE and HAL being talked about later on maybe for Safran and HAL. And incidentally, one of them is our customer already and the other one we are working with. So just wanted to understand on a very, very broad framework that what kind of opportunity do we see here? Because the numbers that are being talked about at least on the aircraft side, these are quite formidable and this opportunity extends maybe up to a FY40. So just wanted, if you could give a little bit of color on this that would be helpful.
So just to follow up on this, while we are at it, the government's endeavor is to push up Atmanirbharta in different space. Also, there is an increased level of digitalization. And we are already, as you mentioned, 404, 414 and Safran will be co -produced, co-developed in India. So I think we have an excellent opportunity over here to kind of emphasize our position.

Yes, hi. Good afternoon, everyone, and thanks for the opportunity. I have a couple of questions. The first one is on the stainless steel. Pretty impressive plans you have outlined in slide number 11. I just wanted to understand where we are in this process because, you know, the equipment that we are considering, there is, I think, hot melt capacity also planned. So I just wanted to get an idea where we are getting this equipment from. And since we will be manufacturing by sponge iron route, so have we done any testing where we are? I mean, on that front. And also the potential of this particular segment, stainless steel segment that you see in the future. That is the first question. The second question is essentially now that QIP is over and do we see net debt peaking out in December? And henceforth, we will see that, you know, we will be in a net cash position or thereabout. So these are the two questions I have.
Yes, that answers it very elaborately. I thank you and all the best.

I have a couple of questions. The first one is on the capex. So while you highlighted that we will have 80 terminals, 500 rakes, 70,000 containers, is it possible to let us know a cumulative capex number till FY '28 FY '26, '27, '28 if I add all the. And this INR855 crores revised budget, now we have already spent INR440 crores, and just two months are remaining in the year, so are you confident that we will spend this entire amount or something will flow through in FY '26? That is the first question.
Okay, sir. The second question is essentially on the growth. So what -- given that January is already behind us and you mentioned that in January, you have seen certain growth uptick. So what kind of volume growth can we expect in Q4 in both domestic and EXIM side?
Container Corporation of India Limited CC-Sep23.pdf · 2023-11-03
Congratulations for a good set of numbers. I have 2 questions. The first one is essentially, if I see the LLF provision for this quarter, that seems to be a tad low compared to last quarter. So just wanted to understand whether -- I mean what kind of LLF we should take for the year? Earlier, we thought that it would be around INR500-odd crores. But from Q2, it looks like it would be lower than that. So just wanted to understand the number and the drivers behind it.
Yes, yes.

Yes. Congratulations for a good set of numbers. I have 2 questions. The first one, if I look at the subsidiary-wise volume for this year, so until October, what we have seen that MCL's volumes have remained quite flat, I mean, say, 1% growth YTD October. And I just wanted to understand what's going on over there because MCL was a subsidiary that showed very good growth over the past 2 years. So have we hit a plateau or something? Or what kind of long-term growth plans you have for the subsidiary? Also if you could highlight the incremental volume growth we can expect for BCCL? That would be great. This is my first question, sir.
So basically, you mentioned 41 million tons is the target for the year?

Thank you for the opportunity and Congratulations for the good set of numbers. I have couple of questions maybe at the same risk of being repetitive because I joined the call a little bit late. If yo u could just, let us know the status of Next Generation Corvette, where we are in there and when can we expect RFP to be floated? That would be helpful.
Sir, why I'm asking this question is be cause in the Standing Committee of Parliament report, we saw that next generation, Corvette was clearly mentioned as one of the ordering points till FY25. So, if RFP comes out at the end of FY25, that means ordering would happen, maybe one year after that, is it fair to assume tha t?

Yes. Congratulations for a good set of numbers. I have a couple of questions. The first one is on coking coal. So, if you can let us know the coking coal cost that went into P& L in Q2? And how is it likely to evolve in Q3? Also, I'd like to understand that we have seen BCCL raising its production and sales. How does it help us because BCCL is a primary subsidiary for coking coal in India? That is the first question.
Sir, is it possible to quantify if you are getting some -- if you're getting higher supp ly from BCCL? And what would be approximate ballpark difference between international price and BCCL?

JINDAL STEEL LIMITED CC-Sep23.pdf · 2023-10-31
I have two questions essentially on your capital expansion slide that is in -- that is Slide number 14 in the presentation. So here, we have shown that the total growth capex is INR 31,000 crores compared to INR 24,000 crores earlier in the last quarter's presentation. Now I just wanted to understand whether you are looking at the same timelines for this expenditure of INR 31,000 crores? Or is it a different timeline that I'm looking at?
Sir, can you just quantify that what has caused this change from 24,000 to 31,000, Sorry, I didn't get it.

Good evening everyone and congratulations for good performance and thanks for taking my questions. I have two questions . The first one is on if I look at EBITDA per tonne individually then for coa ted products in particular it has jumped substantially compared to last quarter so could you please explain the reasons for that and whether this kind of bump up is sustainable?
As I understand it correctly that going ahead we expect this Raipur plant utilization to increase and essentially these value added products that you are mentioning their proportion will also go up so is it fair to assume that we shall close the year at somewhere close to our upper range of the EBITDA per tonne guidance?
