You have reported a pretty strong set of results during the current quarter, so hearty congratulations for the same. So my question was on the floating provision. So you -- this quarter also, basically, you have created some floating provisions. Is it more of a precautionary measure? Or do you see some asset quality risk cropping up, number one? Number two, you said that you have a BNPL tie -up with Amazon. How are the delinquency trends shaping up over there? How are basically you sharing -- or basically, the Amazon is basically sharing the risk on these loans with you? Whether there is any FLDG arrangement over here? And third, basically, is that what is your ROE expectation for FY '25, wherein basically how the overall your cost and particularly your provisions are going to look like?
Sure, sir. Sir, secondly , you basically have talked about adding about 80 -odd branches in FY '25. Happy to hear basically the branch expansion from your side. So what is your thought process in terms of why you want to add branches incrementally? Is it more that you're going to focus more on the liability side of it? Which are the areas where basically you could add these branches? What is going to be the overall impact of this branch addition on the cost metrics?

Thank you for the opportunity and c ongratulations for a great set of numbers. So my first question is related to credit card. So two points over here. So basically, can you talk about how the credit cards basically stress is panning out across system and for the bank as such, number one. Number two, is that you talked about the partnerships where basically you are entering the new partnerships versus the So how does the ROI metrics for these new partnership was for this, say, Bajaj? So whether we'll have a better ROI in our book in these partnerships versus what we had with Bajaj?
So basically, can you talk about the credit card space that we are seeing across systems? Probably we saw card percentage -- also being higher for SBI cards. So how the stat is shaping up into the credit card portfolio for the industry and for the bank?

My first question is on the AIF. Basically, if you can explain like what is this investment that we have made, is this basically investment that we have made over 10 years and how much of that there is in the last ten months? RBI today also said that they will be watching the AIF build up over the past 12 months and their main concern was that a lot of lenders basically have sold out their NPAs to this AIF and basically indirectly investing into EGS. So, how much of that do you think they could be in our portfolio, if you can talk about that? Number two is that we talked about that basically we will look at redeeming this investment. So , what is your view on like how much time will it take for you to redeem this investment and will that lead to complete write-back of all these provisions that they have made in the third quarter, if you can just know for some light particularly on the AIF?
If I basically understood it correctly that none of these investments that we have made is in a nature where basically we have tried to sell off our business assess to those AIFs and indirectly basically we have invested?

You talked about the expired deposit s and how basically you will actually provide an extra benefit to the customers in terms of the deposits account in 14 days you will offer a higher rate. Was there any impact of that, particularly in this third quarter apart from the typical increasing the term deposit cost that you have incurred as well?
So, when you say that 10,000 crores of deposits maturing, so what is the cost of that deposit and what basically it would be pricing, whether it will be higher or it will be lower?

Thank you for the opportunity and so basically you guided for the margins to be reasonably strong and stable around the current level in the near term, but what is the medium term outlook on the margin side?
So do you think that the guidance that you are giving 3.75 is very, very conservative because given the way basically your book is structured and your cost of fund management has be en so you should not basically see any margin contraction below maybe 3.9 or 4?

Sir, thank you for the opportunity. What is the reason for the INR700 crores funding incursion by Fincare SFB? Is it more to do with that, basically, you want some cleanup act before the merger happens?
But, basically, the HDFC limited kind of issues also basically had its own issues, when it got merged. So just wondering, basically, if this is true for the subplot, which is the cleanup. So secondly, what will happen about the holdco structure, whether t he holdco will exist for the SFB? And secondly, what is your view that, RBI would take, particularly given that we are acquiring a very healthy SFB?

Thank you for the opportunity and great set of results. My first question is on your opening remarks where you said that OPEX growth here on will be almost about single-digit. So, what is that basically going to drive the OPEX growth into single-digit? Because I think we want to invest into tech, you also invest into compliances, liabilities franchise as well seems to be relatively weaker on the retail front. So, why are you saying that OPEX growth will be single -digit or basically this is going to ch ange once the new MD & CEO takes the position? So, You are saying that OPEX growth will be single digit going ahead. Why is that so? Would that impact the OPEX?
And secondly, recently our HR Head has resigned. And we have seen senior management moving out. If the MD & CEO is not in, so how do you plan to hire the senior management, one? And, I think there was another call that we might be also hiring Executive Director. Any update over there?
