Yes. Hi, sir, good morning . Congratulations on a great set of numbers. I had a couple of questions. One on the gross margins, you know, for Q4 where we've seen a very sharp almost a 900 basis plus increase in the gross margins to almost 31.8%. So just trying to understand, is this primarily driven by better mix, more share of IP Cameras? Or is there also an element of maybe low-cost inventory there, which also would have helped you expand margins? And then maybe -- Yes, so was it also an element of low -cost inventory which was utilized and maybe we don't get that benefit as, we start procuring inventory, obviously especially the memory side, at much higher prices? Just trying to understand what led to this big surge in gross margins and where do you really see this kind of settling down? Thanks.
And just on the price hike, on the last call you did say about 6% to 8% was taken in January. So how much -- so I'm assuming you need another 25% odd, is that correct? I'm just trying to understand , how much of price hikes have already been taken and how much more, assuming a status quo right now on the RM and the forex front, how much more …

Three questions. One, you did talk about RM inflation and obviously costs going up. So I'm just trying to understand in terms of price hike, how much have you already tried to kind of take? How much more needs to be taken in the context, which I would understand is that passing on price hikes would be relatively easier in the aftermarket channel and maybe more difficult with your OEM customers. So just some color in terms of how much price hikes have we taken -- need to be taken? And could there be some margin impact maybe in the next 1 or 2 quarters till all of that gets passed on.
That’s fair. Second question, sir, on the domestic rail and the CV market, how are you seeing in terms of an outlook of growth, growth out of there? And also on the export front, especially in the U.S. geography, which is I think, 50% of our exports. So are we seeing any pickup there? Of course, the trade deal is still pending, but as and when that happens I'm assuming it will help, but before that in the interim how are you seeing exports overall?

Dixon Technologies (India) Limited

I had a couple of questions. One to start up was on the Lighting side. And clearly, Lighting has been struggling for a while and that's pretty much an industry -wide phenomenon given the erosion in prices. But being one of the largest players, how do you really see this going forward? By when do you think prices bottom out? Because I understand volume will be there, but that's completely been taken away by the price erosion. So is it like another quarter away, couple of quarters? How would you see this?
And on export, how big would that be right now? I understand that is very small, right? But can this kind of offset some of this weakness on the B2C demand? Will that happen in next one or two quarters? Or it's still some time away?

Schaeffler India Limited

Schaeffler India Limited CC-Mar25.pdf · 2025-04-30
Again, on exports and especially given the whole tariff situation on China, just trying to understand, have there been any talks of using India as a sourcing hub for exports to the U.S.? Is that something which is a possibility? Is that something which can be potentially something we could see?
Fair. That is helpful. Second, on the auto side and especially when I look at across passenger vehicles, CVs, maybe even 2 -wheelers, the outlook for the coming year is more like a low to mid single-digit kind of a growth is what we understand. Then specifically for Schaeffler, do you believe you could still outgrow the industry, maybe get to that double-digit growth? Is that what you would aspire for? And I understand, given your wins, we have been seeing very strong growth, but is that something that you believe can continue?

Just one question on the order pipeline. Both the base orders as also the large project pipeline and specifically in the context of you saying that you're actually seeing a fairly large pipeline of projects, which probably is the highest, as you said in the last couple of years. So , if you could just highlight both on base orders, how are they shaping up, plus your optimism on the large projects with segments and which markets are kind of driving it domestic or overseas?

CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited

Just on the Industrial segment again. If you could help us what is driving that big growth in order inflows? Is it motors or are there any large chunky orders from the railway side? And the reason I asked you that is because what we've been hearing is that there is some slowdown in terms of ordering offtake from the rail. So I just wanted to understand how are you seeing both orders and execution on the rail side, both this and the coming quarter?
Okay, fair. And just to clarify, on the LT Motor side, you said, obviously, you've started growing again, you're seeing an uptrend, but is that also true for the industry as a whole? Or is it just new because of your GTM and your efforts? Is that you're taking back market share. Is that what's driving growth? Or do you believe overall, we're finally starting to see channels pick up and even starting to see restocking and demand coming back on the LT Motor side?

Hi Sir good evening. Thanks as always for your time. Just a question starting off on some of the motors business where you kind of highlighted the demand environment and possible price so I was just trying to understand versus when we spoke last quarter where are you seeing this weakness, is it broad based, is it any specific segment which is kind of slowed down sharply, is it government driven order, just some colour there and when you think you could start seeing some pickup also on this side?
Just to kind of clarify the weakness is not as muc h on the HT motor side right which typically goes into larger cement, steel, etc., there demand is better is that correct?

Amber Enterprises India Limited

Just one question on this proposed JV with Korea Circuit on the manufacturing of PCBs. If you could just help us, what is the overall Capex that you are looking at here? What could be the asset turns? I understand we are expecting quite a bit of subsidy as well here, so yes, some dot contours, by when do you commission this plan?
That's very helpful, sir. Also, have you frozen on how much are you looking to invest in this JV in terms of overall Capex number? I understand there will be subsidies that you will get thereafter, but is there a number you can share?
Amber Enterprises India Limited CC-Sep24.pdf · 2024-10-23
Great numbers in both the Durable as also the Electronics division. Just one question on the AC side. If you could just talk about; one, how are you seeing festive overall industry level? How is demand? Of course, Q2 was great in terms of channel filling but in terms of end demand, how you're seeing? And also, your views on overall industry growth and how much would Amber in turn be growing for FY '25? That's my first question.
And for, Amber, sir, just to finish my question. Amber will grow faster for sure, right?

Hi, sir. Good morning. First question on smart meters. You know, we o bviously, we're getting read a lot of articles around, you know, some protests, resistance to installation of smart meters. And that's across a lot of states, including Maharashtra, Chennai, you know, talks of inflated bills, etc. So, we just wanted some sense from you. I mean, do you think this is only transitory, this initial heating issu es and, you know, you don't really expect any slowdown there? You know, what are you hearing from your end customers? You know, like, I know PowerGrid is one of them. So, are things broadly on track? You know, if you could please comment on that.
And similarly, on the EV side also, what we are seeing is a clear slowdown on EV sales, especially on the four-wheeler side. And that is across OEMs is what is being seen. So, any color there? Or is it that because we have got a diversified range of customers and we are adding wallet share within those customers is the reason why we think we are relatively insulated?

Hi, sir. Good morning. Thanks for your time as always. First on the power gen business, if you could talk about the CPCB IV engines, has the price size been taken whatever was needed? Has it been followed by your peers? Essentially trying to understand has pricing kind of settled down? And therefore, as we move into majority of engines being CPCB IV, from, say, Q1, Q2 of next year, margins are largely intact or maybe gets better.
Okay. So, still a complete pass-through has not happened potentially....

I have two questions. One was, as you said, the industry launches new models before the upcoming summer season, so, do you think we would be looking at any kind of price hikes to be taken with that or do you believe that given where RM prices are in the correction that we’ve seen or maybe because competition is really intense as well, there may not be any price hikes which could come through? Second, I was just trying to understand your market share gains a little better, clearly, we’ve outperformed the industry for quite some time consistently over the last couple of quarters. So, if you could help us with your region wise market share, where have you taken the most share, what have you done differently, that would be very helpful?
Just a follow up on the market share. Actually, my question also was what’s driving our outperformance versus the industry, clearly, that was my bigger question?

Just on this rail order again, it's for the Vande Bharat. So I assume the value would be around INR 300 crores, INR 400 crores, but more importantly, is it for the Russian customer. Is that right?
So, on the motor division, especially on the LV motors, some of your peers, including CG, are talking of a slowdown there, some channel destocking, etcetera, and that maybe continuing over the next few quarters. I'm not sure if you spoke about this, but how are you seeing demand, especially on the LV motor side?
