Congratulations on a good set of numbers. Sir, like one question I had on disbursement, I think you answered that in terms of like q-o-q, the growth was flattish in disbursement. I understand that, but I also wanted to understand like in terms of asset quality, I understand like our GNPA has been stable. Do you track any data in terms of our customers in either defaulting or anything like that in their unsecured or in their other loans? And do we have any set of data or anything of that to track?
Okay. Because the stress was not just seen in MFI but also in unsecured portion of even some large banks. That's why I was trying to understand that. And also, sir, like in terms of fee income, I understand like this insurance broking business is just pann ing out and it can also grow. But do we see any other forms of fee income drivers that can come in the future? Like do you foresee anything like that?

I have two questions. One is that in the current quarter versus the last quarter and sequentially, VNB margins have declined. Despite mix of ULIP coming down , and non-par and protection mix has going up sequentially, VNB margins have declined. Is there anything to read here, like in terms of lower profitability in the product or like investments in any particular channel or like your tech investments leading to this VNB margin decline?
Also, annuity has degrown in this quarter, when I compare it year-on-year. Any reasons like do we expect annuity to pick up again in the coming quarters?

Expenses for credit cards continues to increase despite having a similar rate of acquisition like in third quarter versus 4th Quarter. That is one thing. And also despite our focus on sourcing mainly through branch banking channel, I’m just trying to understand like how this could shape over the years. Why is it like not coming down? That is one thing. And, I mean, it was also said that video banking would be like merged with branch banking and QR would be part of the current account acquisition. So, does that mean that there won’t be any additional expenses needed for these two? I understand this is a very small part of that Rs. 200 crores in 4th Quarter. But I’m just trying to understand that. And also, on AD1, have we already started making investments in this? Like is it already part of the expenses, OpEx?
Sure, sir. Just one question, if I can ask. Like what will be the quantum you would have invested in AD1, so we don’t need any capital investment going forward?

Thank you so much for the opportunity. Sir, I would like to understand like you have given the operating expense breakup this time, like on investments that have made in credit card, QR and video banking. I would just like to understand, like, could we look for the similar run rate whatever we have in this nine month of FY’ 24 into next year also? Like, do you see slightly higher run rate required in the next year? That is my first question. And in slippages, if I take as a ratio like it has inched up a bit. Like is it only because of credit cards or any other portfolio is also contributing to it? That is my second question. And ROA is like at 1.5 percentage this quarter. But what do you think could be the levers to improve in the subsequent quarters? Thank you.
The slippages, yes.

So I would like to understand, so this APF loans, would it be like only residential, like individual home loans or like will it also include the commercial loans? That is my first question.. And sir, since the higher ticket sizes in APF loans is much higher, like above INR25 lakhs, it could even be in the range of INR30 lakhs, INR40 lakhs, even INR50 lakhs? Couldn't -- can it not up the growth potential for the company itself like from 18% to even 20%, 21%, something like that. And another question I would like to understand, I mean, kind of another query I would have is the interest rate sensitivity, let's say, like if there is a 100 bps rate cut in next year, like how can it show up in the yields or the cost of funding?
So you are seeing like there won't be much impact on the spreads or margins because of the...
