Thanks for the opportunity. Just one question. So what is the nature of demand that is being served by subcontractors instead of our own employees because that is one element that has gone up by 130 bps Q -o- Q and almost 320 bps Y-o-Y?
And a follow up to what Sulabh asked, on the SG&A side, what you seem to have indicated that there seem to have been G&A efficiencies that have come in. Earlier our expectation was that SG&A would go more closer to the 11 % to 11.5% of sales level. Do you see that happening now or given the efficiencies on the other side, the SG&A should be kind of stable at these levels?

Hi, thanks for the opportunity. The first question is in terms of segmental margins. Just wanted to get a sense in terms of why there has been closer to 250 bps to 300 bps decline in margins across manufacturing, communications, life sciences, and even in others segment.
And just a clarification to your answer, on the last question. Do we see the trajectory of margins to go back to our FY'26 margins over the next few quarters? Or from a full year perspective, we see it to be very close to the previous year’s margins?

Hi, thanks for the opportunity. One question Samir, what is the impact of wage hikes that we see in terms of our margins next quarter? And secondly, any color in terms of this deal flow that we've announced, which is pretty strong? What is the renewal share in terms of that, given that there are quite a few deals in the press release where we have extended our relationship with these clients?
Thanks, Krithi. And just one follow-up, in terms of deals, are you seeing early renewals wherein vendors like yourself as well are going in for early renewals or the deals are largely getting renewed on time?

One question in terms of how the competitive dynamics is evolving in the GenAI era, especially from walled gardens as well as the GenAI natives. While we have talked about on the creative side, the OpticksAI platform helping us, but on the campaign management and the targeting side, how are things changing versus earlier? And what are our priorities in terms of investments there?
One follow -up to this. You talked about filtering the human versus non - human traffic. But in terms of targeting the non -human traffic for conversions, how would things work differently versus how they have been when we are targeting humans?

Congrats for a good set of numbers. My first question is that we have seen equalization of growth in India , Emerging Markets along with the Developed Markets, which is positive. So qualitatively, if you could give us a sense of trends for India versus Emerging Markets ? Also, how are you seeing the holiday season panning out in H2 across geographies? Do you expect a similar seasonality in Q4 as we have historically seen or the pace of customer addition is strong enough for the seasonality to not necessarily be there?
That is good to hear. My second question is broader in terms of the key GenAI trends that you see in advertising and how are we preparing for the same, because domains like personalization, content creation, data and insights, all have material implications from GenAI. It would be good to know of the steps that we are taking to be prepared for this?

So, the first question is we talked about breakeven next quarter, which is a swing of almost 180 bps in terms of your contribution margin. Now that's higher than what we have done over the last eight quarters. So, what are the big drivers for a massive swing? Would it be discount reduction? Are there other factors which are at play?
We saw at an entity level, advertising promotions fall by almost 8% sequentially. Our, fixed costs in the quick commerce business have not fallen. So is it some other business where there has been rationalization? Or is it something else?

Hi. Thanks for the opportunity. Two questions. One, as FCF burn over the last two quarters almost Rs. 2,800 crores. Our cash is more or less 2x of that. So, would we need to raise equity or maybe monetize our Rapido stake to beef up cash?
Yes, and thanks for the clarification. So, essentially, we do not need to raise the equity. And secondly, in terms of the order growth in QC at just about 4% that is about an eight-quarter low in terms of order growth. So, what cannibalization of your normal orders to Super Saver was so aggressive because the assortment increase, as you already mentioned, should have given you one per unit kind of order increase. So, I just wanted to kind of understand that better.

Yes, hi. So just one question in terms of healthcare. It seems to have done pretty well this quarter, almost $44 mn of incremental revenues, which is nearly double of our overall incremental revenues. So, what is the driver of the healthcare growth? And secondly, was there any contribution from the NHS deal in this quarter?
And we expect residual contribution as you get into the next quarter or this is kind of scaled up?

Hi. Thanks for the opportunity. Two questions. One, Jayesh, in terms of the depreciation and amortization going down to almost 50 bps, what has been the driver of that? And the second is in terms of SG&A bump up that we have seen, which is almost 90 bps this quarter. So is it more sales addition that is driving it? Or are there any, say, one-off events which possibly led to a material bump up?
Okay, thanks sir, and all the best for the next quarter.

Yes, hi. Thanks for the opportunity. Just wanted to check in terms of impact of the wage hikes, will it be a full impact next quarter? Or will it be staggered? And what is the margin impact that you see of wage hikes?
Okay. Thanks. And just one follow-up to an earlier question. So you indicated that the top 5 client decline was largely furlough led. So ideally, this should recover in the next quarter itself, right?

Yes, thanks for the opportunity. So, Srini, in terms of the competition that you've won these deals against, who were the incumbents here? Was it largely the Indian providers or these were mostly MNCs?
Okay, thanks. And just one follow -up. So, given our commentary that Capco is growing at around 6%-odd from a YOY perspective but the BFSI portfolio ex of Capco seems to have declined by 6% to 7%. So, what is exactly driving that? Is it largely ramp downs at clients? Is it some share loss? So, any color here?

Congrats on decent set of numbers. One question, Nitin, in terms of, say, if I look at your onsite contributions, it's up almost 8% over the last 6 quarters. And in absolute terms, your offshore revenues have fallen. So, one, I wanted to get a sense in terms of nature of these deals and when do we start to see say, the savings being given out to the clients in terms of moving them offshore? Or is it different? And secondly, we managed margin s pretty well despite the fact that there has been such a high bump up in terms of onsite. So, as you go forward and try and give savings to clients, why shouldn't the margins improve?
