Anecdotally, it looks like except Quant and perhaps the large deal ramp - up, the rest of the business that grew at about 2% sequentially , is it the right interpretation and just triangulating your opening remarks Samir, is this the direction of growth expected say in the next few quarters? And secondly, in terms of closure of large deals, Samir, are the timelines moderately better than what they were say the previous 12 months, how are you reading this?
