You talk about you don't have manufacturing constraint, but do you see any other constraint like labor, talent, and recently after you have an IPO doing very well, does that help you for your overall acquisition, talent acquisition strategy? And is that maybe a long-term line? Can you update how many people you actually have in the Company? And maybe on a year basis, how many engineers? How are you doing on the talent front? Thank you.
