Congratulations to the Tega team for the successful conclusion of Molycop acquisition. Sir, firstly, on Molycop, if you can provide a medium-term outlook for the days ahead. And since we also have Molycop's management with us, if you can also express your thoughts as to earlier under the AIP management and now under Tega management, what are the changes that you see in terms of synergies that is possible to be derived? So that is the first question.
Sure, sure. Secondly, on -- if you can provide an update on our Chile plant commissioning?

So first question is on the consumable segment's margin. So this quarter, we had relatively lesser margin at 17%. I know there are quarterly variations, but any specific reason in this quarter? And would you -- I think the 22% to 23% margin outlook that we have, does this still stand?
Okay. That's heartening to hear, sir. Another question is actually on our Europe order. So there are 2 parts. So firstly, how is that execution moving and secondly, the Europe order execution has started in January 2024. So it has been around 1.5 years since then. So any large value order that we are scouting for that they can come up for ordering and that we can win in near term for FY '26 or '27. Are there any such tender possibilities?

Sir, first question is, as you mentioned in the opening remarks that, I mean, post this Middle East crisis, there are some global uncertainties. So, sir, last time in FY25, we had seen some of the deferrals in terms of conversion from forged to high chrome, etcetera, by customers, that generally they would prefer not to do this when shipping-related uncertainties are high. So, just wanted to know how is the mood with miners globally currently? And in terms of conversion in FY27, do you see those getting fast-tracked or there is a possibility of delays.
Yes correct, sir. I was just thinking in terms of their move to I mean go ahead with a new solution in such times?

Yeah, thank you. Just to continue on the conversation on exports, so we understand that the opportunity is very large, but just in terms of regional flavour, so last two, three quarters, there's some softness in order inflow, which is due to tariff-related uncertainties and delay in finalisation. So, is it restricted to one or two specific geographies, or are you seeing this trend, I mean, broad-based?
Yeah. So, I was just clarifying that whether this exports softness in inflow over the past two, three quarters is because of any specific region where order finalisations are getting delayed, or is it a broad-based trend that you are seeing?

Thank you. Two questions. So first is on the drive turbines for utility power. As you mentioned, the auxiliary requirement is healthy. So, can you just elaborate a bit more on the size of this market in domestic market? And I mean, other prequalification criterias, competition, etc. And second question is, like you mentioned, we in last year quarter -end gotten into heat pump and related products foray. So how is the experience and our products acceptability? These two things, if you can elaborate on?
Okay. Thanks for it. J ust one clarification. This 50 to 55 turbines market that you mentioned for the 15 to 22 MW utility range. So has this market always existed, and we are new entrant in that? Or this is something which has recently come up because of change of technology, etc?
Triveni Turbine Limited CC-Jun25.pdf · 2025-08-05
Yeah. Thank you. My question is on the aftermarket services. Just wanted your feedback on the latest growth potential in afte rmarket, including refurbishment orders from overseas, because from order inflow or revenue point of view, the segment seems to be , from inflow point of view around ₹150 crore or so is the run rate that we are seeing for past two years. Any further growth that can be expected from refurbishment point of view? And also, a linked question is that this heat pump as well as the new carbon dioxide based various product s that we are planning to launch, is there a scope of aftermarket services in those also?
Triveni Turbine Limited CC-Mar25.pdf · 2025-05-12
Sir, the question is on the Europe market and more specifically, U.K. since that has been historically one of our good markets. But recently, India and U.K. signed an FTA but just wanted to know that will this be, I mean very fruitful for us in any way currently whatever our market share or competitive position is? Are we relatively negatively impacted by some of the taxes, which will go away. Just your thoughts on this, please?
Okay. Okay. And second is just a follow-up question on the capacity. So whatever capex that has been lined up over the next two years, so in terms of turbines manufacturing, both in India and possibly in the U.S., I mean, what would be the quantum of increase in our capacity that we a re planning over the next two to three years, maybe over a medium term?
Triveni Turbine Limited CC-Dec24.pdf · 2025-02-03
Yes, thank you for this opportunity. So first question is on domestic market. What would be the domestic market size in MW terms currently? And also, some colour on the competitive intensity. Considering that we have really broad-based our products and offerings in international markets, both for aftermarket and turbines. I mean, are we letting off some less profitable orders in domestic market? What is your current market share in domestic m arket, if you can expand that a bit?
Correct. So thanks for that. And is it possible to give in MW terms either for 0 to 30 or 0 to 100, whatever you see fit?
Triveni Turbine Limited CC-Sep24.pdf · 2024-11-12
Congrats on the good set of numbers and thank you for the opportunity. Sir, first question is on t he Aftermarket segment, where in the press release, as you have mentioned that you have win some breakthrough orders through some diverse customers. So, is it possible to give some more details regarding the same?
No issue , sir. And just one follow -up regarding the previous question on compressed biogas plant. So actually, two avenues where heavy investments are being made in India, it is compressed biogas, whereas you mentioned gas turbines are used and the pump storage where I believe hydro turbines would be used. So, in Aftermarket services domain, where we have actually enhanced our offerings to go beyond steam turbines and also service this type of turbines. So will Aftermarket segment play any role in this to Indians, pump storage and CBG, where very huge investments are lined up in India?
Triveni Turbine Limited CC-Dec23.pdf · 2024-02-06
Thank you and c ongrats for a very good set of results. So, first question is more of a clarification. So, the U.S. entity that we are planning and written in the document that basically, we are in the process of investing for a lo cal facility. So just wanted to get a clarification that this is more like our South African venture, which is geared towards service, repairs as well as aftermarket or this is we are planning eventually full -fledged steam turbine manufacturing facility there like we have in Bangalore?
Sure. And for the U.S. market, which one is end user sectors that we will initially be targeting, because I understand that geography is als o very large oil and gas market. So, from an API turbine point of view?

Congratulations to the entire Solar team for a landmark year. Sir, firstly, I wanted to discuss on the explosive business. So for both domestic market and for overseas market, if you can provide your outlook for FY '26? And for overseas market, sir, some of the key geographies, if you can speak about how is our progress?
Okay, sir. And specifically regarding some of our large international geographies, it is possible to comment regarding the profitability like Australia, Indonesia, South Africa, etcetera, and even the Problast acquisition that we had done, so how is that progressing?
