Congratulations on a fantastic set of results again. I believe for FY '24, we have outperformed what our initial estimates were. Just to ask you now going ahead, with now we've delivered in terms of this FY '24-'25, like how is land prices coming along, going ahead, to purchase them to have a next leg of business?

Okay. And how are we thinking of ex -residential for other projects? How are we planning on thinking? Are we looking at any other avenues in terms of either malls? Or how is that coming along?
