Can you help me with the revenue breakup in FMCG between foods, biscuits, nutraceutical, and other businesses?
What we have seen is that there is a massive growth in foods business. Earlier, before this quarter, we were talking a run rate of somewhere around Rs. 2,000 per quarter for our foods business, and this quarter, it is more of a 2,400 kind of run rate. What would be the steady state quarterly FMCG run rate in terms of revenue what we can expect going ahead?

So, first question is on Pizza Hut. I am looking at sequential number where your ADS has improved from 32,000 to 36,000. But we have not witnessed that kind of margin improvement at the store level EBITDA despite no material store addition during the quarter also. Can you explain that sir?
And sir, if I go back in the history , let's say, two years, three years before where your average daily sales was somewhere around 38,000 and at that time you were making store level EBITDA margin of almost mid-teens type of numbers and currently, we are at mid-single digit. So, can we expect that once the ADS crosses 40,000 or 42,000 that double-digit EBITDA margin can be made in this Pizza Hut franchisee?

My question is again back to Thailand. You have already mentioned what kind of growth and all you would be envisaging from Thailand. It's an immense growth opportunity. My question is related to the funding of that growth whether the Thailand business is enough cash flow generating business where there no additional capital requirement would be required or whether it would be self-funded from Thailand business itself?
And for other geography like Nigeria is facing right now headwind but in future down the line for other international business , for Nepal or Nigeria , whether that would require future funding from the India's cash flow, or it would be again if there is no enough cash flow generation from that business , we will take a pause on their expansion?

Hi and very congratulations on good sense of number and improvement and profitability. So my first question is on distribution expansion, which you are a distribution expansion strategy, what you have implemented? What kind of impact we are seeing in the short term? And what are the likely benefits, like what kind of margin it can be over the long term period, let's say from two to three years period?
Got it. And as per your current sales, this 50 cities will be contributing what percentage of your sales?

My question on realization growth. If I see that P&A realization growth has now dropped and it is more or less anniversarized, how do we see that? What kind of product mix improvement would lead to the realization growth? What kind of realization growth we can expect in FY25 for P&A?
So, if we are expecting like 15% volume growth and 6 percentage points of realization growth we can expect on annualized basis. 9 | P a g e Q4 FY2024 Earnings Call Transcript

Congrats on good performance of KFC. So my question is on Pizza Hut. So if I look at this SSSG decline, can you divide that between AOV and transaction value for th is? And whether the Flavour Fun Pizza and the other value innovation which we have done, has that really led to the transaction growth?
Got it. Okay. And second and last question on the Slide number 30, which you have mentioned on real estate of Pizza Hut that 3% to 5% portfolio correction you will be taking in next 2 quarters and 10% refurb. Can you elaborate on that? What kind of correction you will be taking and which stores basically? Is it related to signs, or...
