Thanks a lot for the opportunity and congratulations to the team for great numbers. So, my first question is on margin side, right? So , with respect to backward integration, whatever initiatives that you're doing, my guess is that most of the -- I mean the full year annualized benefits would come in FY 2028. So just wanted to understand what kind of benefits, in terms of margins we'll see in FY 2028 with respect to the housing plant and, various other initiatives that you're doing.
Sure, okay. And so, my second question is on market demand, right? So, in your presentation you mentioned that, you expect market volumes to grow by 15% to 17%. Now in categories like say mobile phones, laptops, we've seen that, the demand has fallen off because the ASP hikes have really hurt the end market demand. So just wanted to your sense in terms of what is the level of confidence or what are the factors that you still see that, despite the sharp inflation, we will see that kind of demand growth in the market.

Amber Enterprises India Limited

Congratulations team for a very good set of numbers. So my first question is an extension of what you said, right? So you mentioned that the industry should grow at 12% to 15% CAGR going forward. And with the brands, I mean, with the PLI now getting over a nd over the last 4 or 5 years, we've seen that the brand's share of overall manufacturing has gone up, should we now -- the EMS share moves up given the PLI is getting over and growth for you guys should be AC plus industry because you have EMS gains share?
Fair enough, sir. Sir, my second question is on finance cost, right? So despite the QIP, we have seen the finance cost go up marginally on a Q-o-Q basis. So if you could just help us understand the reason for the same?

First question is on your electronics margin. So you mentioned in your presentation that you will do double-digit margins in the next year. If you could just spell out the breakup of the PCB margins, the PCB assembly margins and the acquisition margins that you're expecting for the next year?
Fair enough, sir. Sir, in the railways business, you had highlighted that the first half is going to be slightly weaker. But how are you thinking about the second half of the year and for FY '27 in terms of growth, right? So if you could give any numbers that would be great?
Amber Enterprises India Limited CC-Jun25.pdf · 2025-07-30
Congratulations on a good set of numbers. Sir, first question on your opening remarks, you mentioned that you're looking at Electronics business touching $1 billion revenue in the next 3 to 4 years. So just wanted to understand how much of it will be driven by acquisitions? How much by the bare PCB and PCBAs? And broadly, just want some color on how are you thinking about the individual scalability of these various components of the Electronics segment? That's my first question.
Okay. And sir, my second question is on the consumer durables vertical. So we have seen that Amber has significantly outperformed the industry in this quarter. And while you maintain that 10% to 12% outperformance for the full year, some -- I mean, some br ands are talking about inventory buildup in the channel at this point of time. So do you see that your business in the durables segment sort of slows down in the second and third quarter given the fact that there is still some inventory in the system?
Amber Enterprises India Limited CC-Dec24.pdf · 2025-01-24
First question that I had was on the Consumer Durable side. So, if you could just tell us what's the peak capacity and the peak revenue that you can do with the current capacity? The reason why I am asking this question is that the government recently announced the third round of home appliances PLI and Amber did not participate in that. So, just your thoughts there, that's my first question.
And sir, the second question was on the JV losses, right? We have seen that Q -o-Q the losses of JV have kind of inched up. So, wanted to understand what's the pathway of the broader, how should we look at this number going forward in terms of how it breaks even and how that number percolates into profits going forward? Thanks.
Amber Enterprises India Limited CC-Sep24.pdf · 2024-10-23
So, my first question is on capacity utilization. So, if you could just spell out what is the current capacity utilization of the Consumer Durables division? And what is the kind of peak revenue you can do without incurring substantial capex?
Okay. And my second question, sir, you mentioned in your presentation with respect to commercial AC and light commercial AC coming up, right . So, I just want to understand, sir you say, 2 years' time or 3 years' time, how substantial it can be? Any number would be great?
Amber Enterprises India Limited CC-Jun24.pdf · 2024-07-27
Sir, I have 1 question on the EMS division. So last year, we ended consumer durables plus smart watches at about 91% share. How should we think about the share of the other verticals improving over the next 2 to 3 years? And what, in your sense, would be the right margin, say, over the next 3 years for this vertical?
So sir, how should we think about the contribution of non-consumer durables vertical evolving as a revenue share evolving over the next, say, over until FY '26 or FY '27?

The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited

The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited CC-May26.pdf · 2026-05-15
Thanks a lot team for the opportunity. I had 2 questions. The first question with respect to shipyard capacity. So if I'm not wrong, there was news flow around at the start of the war with respect to shipyard delaying the delivery of ships, which could obviously help on the supply side. So a, is that true? And b, how should we look at the shipyard capacity now versus what it was earlier? So this order book could look very high, but to think about the slippages that could happen, it would be very good to hear your perspectives.
No, that was -- yes. And the second question that I had was with respect to the oil demand stock that's there with various countries. So given the fact that we've seen so much cargo actually being stuck in Strait of Hormuz. So even whenever it opens, right , is it safe to say that because most of the countries are at the lower end of their inventory of crude, we will see a continued demand through the year. So whichever the scenario, it's only going to...

Whirlpool of India Limited

Whirlpool of India Limited CC-Feb26.pdf · 2026-02-12
Thank you for the opportunity, sir. My first question is on Elica. You have had Elica in your portfolio for a couple of years now. Now, with this transaction coming through, what kind of aggression that will you be able to carry out in this part of the business? And how should we think about the scalability of this vertical over the next say three to four years?
My second question is on the DC refrigerator and the semi-automatic washing machines. Over the last four or five years, we have rarely seen pricing go up in the category and you yourself mentioned that the number of layers are entering the space. So, is the core category are sort of getting commoditized? How should we think about Whirlpool sort of getting... you mentioned some of the new categories that you are thinking about, but a little more color in the sense that if you could just spell out what should be the contribution of some of these emerging categories say three years out, or what is the share that you like, because these two categories are getting increasingly commoditized?

R R Kabel Limited

R R Kabel Limited CC-Feb26.pdf · 2026-02-02
Sir, my first question is that if you could just give us the data with respect to volume growth for this quarter? And which segments have grown faster, wire segment, cable segment? And even on the export side, if you could just give us some color just to understand numbers better?
Sure, sir. And just, sir, one clarification. So we've seen margins dip a little bit Q-o-Q, while Y- o-Y, we are significantly up. So is it that you've not passed on the full impact of copper inflation? Is it because of that? Or is it because of some other factor?

LG Electronics India Limited

LG Electronics India Limited CC-Nov25.pdf · 2025-11-14
Sir, my first question is an extension to the earlier participant and adding some of your earlier initial remarks as well. So, LG globally is a very large player in data centers, right? So, just wanted to understand how this bodes well for the Indian entity, given we have seen a lot of traction in India with respect to data centers. So, just some thoughts and numbers that you want to share would be very helpful. That is my first question.
My second question is on localization. So, you mentioned that localization currently is about 56%. So, just wanted to understand at over a three- to four- year timeline, what is the target that you have in terms of localization, and what is the potential margin improvement that we can see because of this initiative?

Dixon Technologies (India) Limited

Dixon Technologies (India) Limited CC-Sep25.pdf · 2025-10-17
My first question is on the Longcheer JV. So, if you could just provide an outlook with respect to what kind of volumes are you expecting through this JV? And is it included in the 55 million to 60 million volume guidance that you spoke about now?
And sir, the second question is on the PLI. So, if you could just spell out what was the PLI contribution in your EBITDA in this quarter? And we note that there is a large Rs. 1,400 crores receivables from government on PLI. So, just want your any update on that? Because we have seen the annual report that the last received PLI was on 31st December 2023.

Polycab India Limited

Blue Star Limited

Blue Star Limited CC-Mar25.pdf · 2025-05-08
Thank you so much for the opportunity, sir. My first question is on the MEP business. So, I know that you cater to various segments and do a lot of things there. But just wanted to understand that which segments particularly would be higher than median margins and which would be lower than median margins that you reported? Some color there would be very helpful.
I get the point, sir. And sir, the second question is on exports. So, I know that you have embarked upon an export initiative program, but just wanted to understand where are you in that journey from an SKU approval perspective? And if you could just share some thoughts there? Thank you.
Blue Star Limited CC-Sep24.pdf · 2024-11-07
In the earlier part of the call, you were mentioning about, how's the market size of Commercial Refrigeration and low market share, I just wanted to understand the same for the commercial AC part. What's the market size like and how are you thinking about growth in your own market share in this vertical given there are more opportunities like data centers emerging in this vertical.
How should we think about growth in this vertical, and you also mentioned that this vertical is also seeing growth because of summer, etc. But from a structural three year or five-year point of view, how should we skew on growth for you in this vertical?
