Hi, good evening, everyone. So first, a few questions from my side. If I look at your other expense data, that growth seems to be a little bit on the higher side, so just wanted to get some color on the granularity of that other expense. I mean, I understand your cost ratios are quite top notch, but still just from a quarter perspective, if there was any one -off or anything out there? Second, especially from a Fintech channel perspective, I mean, we now have like maybe 3 to 5 years of data for customer vintage. So, during this market volatility that has been there intermittently over the last almost 12 to 18 months, in terms of customer churn or customer or wallet diversification across different schemes or products versus the traditional channels. What has HDFC AMC observed on some of those fronts? If you can give some color on that? And finally, I joined the call a little late. I don't know if you mentioned the product-wise yield on the mutual fund side of the business for the quarter?
Got it. Maybe just one small follow-up, Naozad, if I understood correctly, you mentioned equity, including index was around 58 for the quarter. I think last quarter was around 56. So firstly, are these data points correct? And secondly, if it's c orrect, then is the increase quarter -on-quarter driven largely by mix change? Or is there something else in that?

Just two questions from my side. First, while you have mentioned that for the 9 months employer-employee business has degrown, But given that group health has seen a little bit of better growth in 3Q on a Y-o-Y basis, would you like to kind of break it up between the employ er-employee and the non -employer-employee for the quarter? And if there are some improving trends while keeping in mind that you've already acknowledged that the pricing pressure sustained. And also in the group employer-employee, when you look at the claims ratio and you mentioned that it has improved. So, if you can kind of quantify the number can also kind of highlight is it from the large corporate or the SME side or is it a mix change in favor of the lending linked products which is really driving this improvement?
But sir, just for the third quarter could y ou like mention if the employer -employee business has been degrowing even, let's say, for the last 3 months or 4 months? I mean has the trend directionally been improved there?

Just two - three questions from my side. First, a data-keeping question. If you can quantify the ESOP expense for the first half for the standalone and consolidated business . Second, you know, we have heard in the conference call of some of your peers that they have either tweaked the renewal payout structures on the back book in some schemes or incremental flows that come in, they are going for a differentiated renewal payout structure for the flows that incrementally are coming in. So, just wanted to check, have you undertaken any such change either on the back book or on fresh flows? And also, as a philosophy, do you kind of concur with this view? And my third question is more from the perspective of UTI Pension. So, just wanted to understand how the yield trajectory or the realizations in this segment are really structured and how do you foresee it going ahead.
Just wanted to say if this one is standalone or consolidated basis?

Just a few questions. First if you can give some color on the business growth in the others channel which is non-agency, non-SBI. What are the underlying constituents in terms of both product, and which is the fastest growing subsegment within that particular segment in terms of the channel mix? Second you mentioned on the protection product pipeline but is there any other products that is expected to be launched in the next few quarters? Also, will you be re-filing your products before 1st of October and if so, what would be the new contour? Are you planning for any changes? And you mentioned you won’t be tweaking the commission structure but is there going to be any other product structure tweaking that you kind of would be doing? And lastly, we have seen some dichotomy in the non-PAR growth that we have seen across all the players have reported till now and you have reported a (+20%) sort of YOY growth. We just wanted to get some color on the policy growth versus the ticket size growth or the quality of customers who are really buying this policy.
On the unexpected re-filing of products prior to the 1st October?
