Hi, thanks for taking my question. Sanjay, I am just trying to understand ANVISA better here. I know you don't have a crystal ball, but given that there are 11-12 filers on Sema, has it happened in the past where a regulator has had the situation where the re are so many filers on the new product? And how many can it approve in the first wave? Typically ANVISA approves, I think, 2-3 products in any semester, right?

So, when you say wave of launch, you being, let us say, maybe in the second wave, first wave can be as big as 5 approvals also, right?

Kiran, just alluding to your opening comments on process automation and using tech to increase efficiency. Can you elaborate on that a bit more in peptides? Are you talking about continuous feed? Or what are you exactly in?

Okay. No, I also -- my second question actually is related to this because there's so much discussion among innovators to change GLP-1 manufacturing already to reduce the cost. I mean there are some CDMOs even increasing reactor size. We are talking about mix of LPPS versus SPPS changing. Are you involved in that kind of discussion with any customer that you can change the process and file with a different process, a product which is already commercialized?

Just elaborating on the ADC bit , can you give more color on the conjugation? You said that is the key area where you have the expertise. What sort of work we are doing? Just bit more color on the technology, because this site is getting very crowded. Of course, so many companies are offering conjugation services. So, just wanted to know, are you offering linker technology, doing enzymatic work or modifying the antibody? What kind of work are you doing there?

And just related, you expanded Grangemouth by 70%, 80% capacity expanded. So, that is probably manufacturing . Is that because of payload or linker manufacturing? Exactly what's the…

Yes, thanks for taking my question. Just the questions on US again regarding the two products, first LEQSELVI. My understanding is the product requires a genetic testing before you put the patient on. Can you talk about that? Is not that a significant deterrent?

And can I ask, Richard, are there enough centers who are doing this testing? And if you can also throw who is covering the cost of the test -- is it the patient or is it the insurance company?

Abhay, just on deuruxo, just need a clarification. If the approval comes in by July, should this product have a normal NCE exclusivity of 5 years like any other?

Sure. So Dilip bhai, just digging this little bit deeper because there was no compound patent in this case. So I mean, is that understanding correct that generic cannot file for at least NCE minus 1, so you will have that window like any other product, right?

Abhay, just to comment on Ilum ya, given it is 4 years to launch , I don't know whether it is possible to highlight if the peak sales here for Ilumya, is it within next 2 years or would you say it still has a long way to go given the IL-23 adoption?

And just related, we have seen t wo aggressive launches recently, Bimzelx came and has been grabbing a lot of I think prescription share , Sotyktu has also been doing well. I know yours is a more medical benefit product, but any comment you can share on whether the rebating has increased in the class, or the volume growth is a bit of a challenge now?
