I have a couple of questions. Firstly, on the comments that you made around the low - cost debt getting refinanced, I think this is something that you will see a lot playing out through the market where everybody is seeing these refinancing happen now. In that context, are you seeing a lot of opportunities of M&A come up in the market and should we expect this momentum that we've seen in the last year or so on acquisitions from your side that should hold up this year as well?
Sorry, I missed that number, sir. What is the guidance for?

My first question is on the follow up on the defense business itself. Can you talk about the order book, because last quarter you all had mentioned somewhere around 3000 crores. And what I picked up in the media was 2000 crore. So, j ust trying to understand what is the difference between the two numbers and also broadly, if you can talk given the visibility that you are seeing from the new programs you are engaging in, how should we think about this business scaling up in terms of revenues over the next two, three years?
Okay, got it. And I ’m just trying to understand the margin that you typically say around +20% on the defense, how do I read it, because the subsidiary business does have like a mid-high single digit margin. So, part of that margin of entire defense vertical is captured in sta ndalone is that the way to think about defense revenues?

Yeah, hi, good morning team, thanks for taking my question. My first question is on just trying to understand the demand better. I'm really keen to hear from you on the, what is the confidence around the sustainability of demand for the two-wheeler space going forward and what are we seeing i n on the ground rural-urban, pent up demand, and the reason I asked this is because if I go through what's been coming as commentary from the other consumer companies or financials seem to be suggesting there is lot of weakness in the lower end of th e market while two- wheeler certainly seems to be in the bright spot. So, just trying to understand , you know, what is the divergence, what are you picking up on the ground, and how confident are we of this sustaining over the course of next 6 -9 months. I'll stop here.
And anything that you can share in terms of how the growth rates are varying between rural versus urban for your portfolio?

Thanks team for taking my question. My first question is on thi s Ather investment that we made during the quarter . Anything that you can share with respect to where we are on the stake now and also incrementally how should we sort of think about this investment , any strategic synergies to be drawn with the way now we are starting to scale up our EV business, so some color around Ather investment.
Is there a thought process to have a similar front end as well , maybe there are experience centers that Ather have and your distribution is of course very sizable in their respect.I Is that something which is also part of the strategic decision making while you look at leveraging the portfolio?

Just an extension of this investment in subsidiaries . I see two items there. One is invested 236 crores, and one is disinvestment of about Rs.100 crores. Now, disinvestment I'm assuming is for the private equity sale we did during the quarter . Investment break up can you reconfirm again that how much of it is going to TVS Credit and other subsidiaries like, a little bit more color on these two-line items please?
Just trying to get in terms of incremental investments like with Norton or now a lot of spends have been done. So , if I think about outside of TV S Credit the other subsidiaries, how do you see the magnitude of these investments, do you see these incrementally coming down from where they are right now? Also, if you can share some color on the losses for this quarter, because I see there is a bigger loss from the subsidi aries in this quarter versus what we've seen in the past few quarters , if I look at the just the pure consol minus standalone, 120 crores loss, and within this TVS Credit has been profitable, right, do you see this sort of line item continuing?

I had two questions, firstly, on the tractor industry demand outlook, if you can share some color on what we have seen in the Navaratra festive season and I think bulk of the festive from a tractor perspective should have been behind by now, right? So, what have we seen on the ground and any change in the way in the growth guidance that we were calling out for FY24, just some color on the industry outlook?
Sir, just two follow ups there because the Navaratra is usually pretty bunched up demand buying period, so if you can share some numbers around what is the growth that we have seen versus last year? A nd Q4, are we still expecting our growth because I thought there is a shift in seasonality, shift in the three Navratras that fell together, there is a base effect which is there in Quarter 4, so do you still think that Quarter 4 can be a growth quarter?
