Vellayan, I have a question for you, which is a bigger picture question. You've seen a slowdown across the entire segments -- all segments of the economy and the business. You've seen a lot of pressure across -- even globally, you're seeing cyclically things are weaker. How do you read it in terms of what are the things that you would be doing to neutralize it to differently and kind of think through how do you navigate the next 12 months in your mind? And what could you do differently?

Okay. And is there anything -- like in this environment, would you do anything differently? Like, I mean, is the communication to the operating teams any different? Or are you looking at newer opportunities where you think there's going to be more tailwind that is going to be more exciting going forward because of whatever changes the environment is seeing?

Hi, Mr. Jaggi, thanks for answering all the questions. Sir, just one big question, right? You have taken over the mantle a few months ago. You have kind of seen this acquisition happen. You are also kind of working through the sunroof business. Can you articulate what's your vision for the business? Where do you want to take it over the next 2 -3-4-5 years? How do you plan to spend energy? Like what will be the focus and the energy focus going into different segments? And is there anything different you intend to do from what Manoj was doing over the years?

Okay, and a nything different you intend to do from where you are on status quo as you think through your vision for the business.

Gauri, Rahul and team, great numbers, great going. Two questions. One, the international side numbers have been pretty good, 23% growth. I'd love to hear a little more color on what's working within that? What's not working within that? And do you think that this growth rate can sustain over the next 12 months?

Okay. The second question is Arka will add a INR5, 700 crore balance sheet there, AUM there. What is the plan going forward? And would -- do you think there'll be some kind of -- I don't know how to say, spinoff or whatever activity over there that we had talked about earlier?

You have great numbers, very satisfying to see this. So, 2 questions. Can you talk a little bit through the export side, what are the trends you're seeing? What's driving the growth? I know it was part of the plan? And do you kind of think that from here, there will be an acceleration over the next 12 to 18 months. What's the broad thinking there? The second question I had was on Arka. So, we've crossed the Rs. 5,000 crore book size. And just love to hear what's the thinking there? And how do you see things from here going there?

So, just on that, you're seeing the growth trends there are promising at the order book and the discussions are all very positive. Is that fair to assume?
