So my first question is regarding seasonality. I'm not able to understand the seasonality part because last year, first quarter, we said there was the holiday of doctors. So we were down in the quarter one. In the second quarter, we were seeing that there is a heavy rain in the southern part of India. So we were down. In the third quarter, we had festivals. So that's why the seasonality part will come. And the fourth quarter, so what is the seasonality part? You said quarter two and quarter three were down last year because of the seasonality. And now you're seeing qua rter three and quarter four. So just say the seasonality and what's the reason behind that?
Okay. Second, as related to our patient acquisition part, what's the update you were seeing in the last quarter that small mother and care children hospitals, we were approaching that t hose hospitals don't have much specialty treatment, so they will refer to us. So what the steps you are taking in and any advertisement or this kind of thing you are doing for the patient acquisition that we are providing the best services for the children care so patients will attract to us? Anything like that?

The overall industry is expanding and all the players are getting now aggressively expanding in terms of bed capacity. So, do you have any figure of, any data related to the doctors, right? On an average, how many doctors or paediatricians are gettin g graduated? So, just wanted to understand the set-up of the supply side of, or the availability of the doctors in this segment.
Okay, so, if you need a permanent doctor, you don't work on the contract basis, or maybe, I mean, kind of case-to-case basis?

My question is regarding the capital structure, how we are looking forward for the next 3-4 years, how much debt we are including and how much equity you are putting up. Over the years, our debt is increasing. If you just see the last 2 to 3 years, debt is increasing significantly. And I understand this thing that we are entering into the market, where the opportunity is very huge. So, the expansion part is must. But over the next 2 to 3 years, how we are looking forward to raise the debt as we are also putting up expanding our capacity. How much the cash flow we are generating? Just the estimation that we will not add much debt in our capital structure. Is there any benchmark, any structure you have prepared for the next 2 to 3 years that, let's say, 30%-40% will include from our internal accruals, and then the rest will be from debt? So, that's something kind of question I had.
And with these 3 greenfield expansions , what's the estimation of your cash flow submission from this, how we are looking forward around Rs. 5,000 crore of cash flow in terms of cash flow from operations? We are currently hardly Rs. 1,500 crore. So, that the cost reduction will be there.

So, basically my question is related to international business. So, what kinds of attraction we are seeing in the television for medical tourism and what systems we are taking to increase the traction , or maybe increase or improve the quality of our treatments. I am as king this question, because in India the treatment cost is 1/5 of what the US and Europe is. So, what's the traction coming from US and Europe , because basically you said in your early con-calls that the major traction is coming from Bangladesh. So, what's the position of these two US and Europe?
Okay. So, when you talk about medical tourism, where are the patients coming from?
