This is Kunal from Macquarie Capital. Thank you for the opportunity and congratulations on good set o f numbers. First question for Rajeev sir, on some of the disruption that we had witnessed in FY '26 in some of our teams, and we had done a lot of hiring and they were undergoing training, etc. So where do you put progress on those aspects now? Do you think that the entire disruption is behind us? And then we are like back to business as usual for our domestic business?
Sure. And on that note, sir, could you provide some outlook for top line growth for FY '27 as well as the profitability outlook?

The first question on the U.S. business, now that we probably have seen a good amount of Tolvaptan in this quarter, how do we see this USD 315 million number moving in the coming quarters? And also, what are the key launches that we are looking at, both in second half of FY26 and first half of FY27?
Second question on the EBITDA margin guidance for FY 26, which we have raised by almost 100 basis poi nts. But how to look at FY27, how should we kind of look forward to the EBITDA margin for the year?

Yeah. Thank you for th e opportunity and congratulations on a good set of numbers. First one is on the India business. While you have given good clarity on the in licensed portfolio, which is currently at around 10% of revenue. Let's say, in the next couple of years, do we see a ny part of this portfolio having again losing patent expiries or any issues? And if yes, what proportion of this 10% is at risk?
Sure. Can you give the percentage of the brands that are going off -patent? What is the percentage revenue right now?

Hi, can you hear me?
Yeah. Thank you for the opportunity. Sharvil bhai, first question on capital allocation. Now, we have almost around 4000 crore 23 of 27 cash. So, how are we looking at it? Would we be deploying more towards the specialty efforts for the US market or is it more a doubling down on 505(b)(2)?, How should we think about it and relative to that, you know, how are the, let's say the overall environment in terms of valuations of the specialty deals or 505(b)(2) deals have kind of evolved in the last one year?

Hi, good morning. This is Kunal from Macquarie Capital. Thank you for taking my question. First question is for Dilip sir. If you could throw some light in terms of the cultural fit of the two organization and how it flows into your integration strategy? And the related question on that is how much of the top management bandwidth would be allocated toward the integration of this acquisition? And in your view, is there any impact of that which you could foresee on Sun Pharma's business? That would be the first question?
Management bandwidth.

Aurobindo Pharma Limited

Aurobindo Pharma Limited CC-Feb26.pdf ·
Yeah. Sir, just one question on the Pen -G and 6 -APA. Since the prices of those imports had started coming down at the start of FY26 or the end of FY25, and we have imported little bit of 6 -APA in FY26, so is it fair to say that some of the gross margin improvement that we are baking in from the internal consumption from our facility is already there in the numbers? Because we are already getting a lower price imports, right?
Okay, and so the MIP, when you would have made the representation to the government, what would be the basis of that? Would that be like the cost of production plus a decent profitability? Is it on that basis that the government would have decided based on your representation, or there are more factors into consideration?
Aurobindo Pharma Limited CC-Nov25.pdf ·
Hi. Thank you for the opportunity. Since we are quite confident of getting minimum import price for Pen-G, if you could highlight that would it be only for the Pen-G HS code? And, secondly, what is the range that we are looking at? What is the representation that we have made in terms of what should be the minimum import price? That would be helpful.
Okay, sure. And let's say MIP ideally should not have any impact on the internal consumption of Pen-G for us, right. It only kind of should affect the external sales. Is that the correct understanding?

Thank you for the opportunity again, Sir. Subbu Sir, on the effective tax rate, this quarter we have around 30%. If you can provide the outlook for FY25 and what is driving this higher ETR for us?
Sure, Sir. Thank you for that. And one for Yugandhar sir on Revlimid. W e said that the net gRevlimid contribution this year would be 10-15% higher than last year. But this time around, we will also have a full year impact of gRevlimid versus the half-year impact for last year. So, shouldn't the contribution be higher?
Aurobindo Pharma Limited CC-Dec24.pdf ·
Hi. Thank you for the opportunity. Sir, when I look at, we have said that our revenue growth in this quarter on a year-on-year basis is excluding the transient product is around 12% year-on-year. So, that's a good outcome. Can you help us with a similar number for nine months FY25?
Sure. And on the transient product, how do we expect it to evolve in FY26 since there is a patent expiry also coming in for us, because there will be some buying pattern changes as well, so how are you thinking about it?
