Congratulations for the best set of numbers and very hearty to listen to you about how carefully you're looking at the entire QIP process and the fact that this is currently at this point an enabling provision. The minute we saw this announcement, we were slightly taken aback as to such a larg e number, are we sort of chewing more than what we can gulp down our throats. But I think you have given enough clarity.
