My question was with regards to the outlook that you've provided in the month of October, then you were very confident about a strong second half led by the deal ramp-ups helping our performance. What changed between then and now? Have you had some negative surprises with some of these deal ramp ups? That's question number one. The second question was more from a longer-term standpoint when the 2 companies came together. The merger rationale was that you would be able to expedite growth and grow faster than each of the individual companies. But when we look at our growth performance now compared to some of our Tier 2 peers, we have seen a much sharper moderation. So what's driving that, if you could delve into that as well?

Thank you for the opportunity and once again, congratulations for the great performance. First of all, the bookkeeping question, if you could help us understand what was the headcount due to the Verizon deal for the people takeover transaction over there? And the second bit, just wanted to understand your hiring strategy. Some of your peers have continued to cut headcount over the course of last 12 months, while even we have done some corrections, but we are fa ring much better. If you could help us understand what's different between them and us in terms of the delivery model on that front?
Sure. Thank you and all the best for the future.

Hi. Thank you for the opportunity. I just wanted to understand over the course of last 9 to 12 months, the industry has been complaining about the leakage on the existing projects as well as non- extension of discretionary projects. Are you seeing any change on that front? That is question number one. The second question was with regards to the expansion in terms of captive centers, and we continue to see news flow on that front. Any comments from you on that front? Sure. And one last question from my end, we have been seeing our headcount reduced for the last several quarters. Any sense on how we should be thinking about the optimization on this front given the kind of deal wins that we have had in the last three quarters?

Ritesh, congratulations for the new assignment. I just wanted to get your thoughts on a couple of things. First of all is a book keeping question with regards to segmental margins across the industry. Is there any one -off regards to the Healthcare segmental margins in the current quarter? That's question number one. The second question was with regards to the point that you made around significant right shoring of business. If I look at the overall portfolio, the offshore on -site revenue mix has been between 25 to 75 or in that deal for almost last 10, 12 years. Do you think this moves in a very significant manner going forward? And would that be driven by just offshoring of the existing business or by virtue of expansion of service side?
So would it be possible to call that out, the impact?

First question was for Kamani, j ust to understand the extent of wage hikes that were implemented in the current quarter and what was the impact on margins due to the one month implementation and the second question was with regards to the extent of furloughs for December quarter, if you could help us understand, do you expect normal furloughs or it will be much higher than normal and how should we be thinking about the number o f working days in December versus typically December?

Sir, thank you for the opportunity. Just while some of my questions have already been answered, I'm just trying to understand, what are you seeing from your customer portfolio in terms of verticals like financial services and manufacturing?
Sure. And one strategy question, like this year we've had the restructuring cost, the transition that's happening in the organization, but should some of these efforts continue into next year as well, or next year should be a year of margin expansion, especially given the fact that we've had much higher margin aspirations in the past, but we've always disappointed on that front. Just trying to understand if FY '25 should be a year of margin improvement or not?

Hi, thank you for the opportunity and slightly surprised with the size of the acquisition that you've made Sudhir. But just to step back on the organic business side, do you think some of the distractions around the size of the acquisition and the different streams impact our organic growth momentum? That's question number one. The second question was with regards to the group outlook across different industry segments. When we started F Y24, you had mentioned we probably have a much more broad-based growth, although growth was largely led by the BFS vertical. How should we be thinking about these dynamics getting into FY25? Thank you.
Sure and if I can ask one more question, this was in regards to the margin performance to the course of FY24 and your commentary about being able to expand margins by FY27, will that largely be led by organic margin expansion or basically the Cigniti portfolio given the fact that Cigniti’s margin profile is lower than ours?
