Hi, thank you. Two questions. Firstly, one of your peers have highlighted that they have faced headwinds because of productivity benefit being asked by one of the hyperscale r clients and obviously Persistent works with all the hyperscalers in the world. So, have you also seen any such asks from the client which could drive some headwinds on revenues and margins over the next two quarters? And the second question is, if I look at the utilization, it has gone up sharply and even the headcount has g one up, so what level of utilization you're comfortable with operating at and how should we think about the headcount additions going forward? Thank you. So, a couple of questions. Firstly, Sandeep, you know, obviously we have seen very strong growth over the last couple of quarters, but going into the second half, which is typically a seasonally weak period as such due to furloughs and lower working days, how should we think about the growth trajectory from a sequential perspective over the next couple of quarters? And also, if you can hig hlight how the demand environment has changed versus, let's say, three months ago. The second question is to Vinit. You know, incrementally from here on, we are targeting to expand margins in the 2nd half. Incrementally, what levers do we have which can, you know, help drive margin expansion over the next couple of quarters? Thank you.
