Sir, thanks for the presentation. Sir, on the Internet Ticketing, you said one of the reasons the margin has improved is because the non -fare revenue has increased significantly. But sir, on a Y-o-Y basis, it has increased only from INR96 crores to INR100 crores. So, then what actually explains this increase in the margin on ticketing -- Internet Ticketing from 83% to 84.7%. And is it sustainable as it was asked earlier also?
No, sir. I appreciate such increase in the profit and the revenue. I mean I was looking for the margin percentage. It has gone significant -- it has increased significantly. So, I just wanted to understand that should we say that now this 84%, 85% is the new normal, and this is what we can expect going forward also?

I have a question regarding the margin. I believe, sir, you said that you will prefer to have the margin -- you prefer to protect the margins over the growth. Just wanted to understand what are the levers we are having from the margin front considering the fact that the affordable housing part is going to be a longer journey. So I don't think incremental delta is going to come there. And in case we are having a rate cut, so what is -- what can be the possible margin levers for us?
Okay, sir. And sir, just one more thing. On the AUM growth, sir, you said that we'll be ending the year most probably with 9%. Sir, when we started the year, we had a disbursement target of INR75,000 crores and a double-digit AUM growth. I think since last 7, 8 quarters, our loan growth has been pretty slow. I understand this quarter, we had a problem of Bangalore and Hyderabad. But even if we include that, is it fair to say that structurally, we are heading towards our lowest growth numbers of somewhere mid-single digit over a longer period of time?

Congrats on a good number, sir. I just wanted to understand on the NIM part. If I'm just comparing from December to March, incrementally I'm seeing the cumulative interest yield has gone down and the cost of funds have increased, both in the form of, as on date, the cost of fund as well as incremental cost of fund. So then is the increase in NIM purely because of the recovery from the NPA cases? Or is there something else to it?
But if I am seeing, in interest, the yield or the incremental part of that...

Sir, I just wanted to have your views further on the question that was asked regarding the credit cost. I think in Q2, we have already touched somewhere around 7% for Asirvad. And now the disbursement has been stopped by RBI, and it may continue for some p eriod of time. And in case of MFI once the disbursement stops, the credit cost deteriorates further because the collection also becomes difficult going by the nature of the business. So, is it fair to say that the credit cost may touch double digit in the next couple of quarters for Asirvad?
Okay. And sir, one more question. Has there been any communication from any of the lenders so far as regards to the early repayment of the loans? And then talking from the viewpoint of the borrowings, were there any banks or any other financial institutions have asked for the repayment of the borrowings from Asirvad post this plan?

I got disconnected the time when you're discussing about this, so I just wanted to have sir, if my understanding is correct in case of CLSS, the end consumer gets the loan at a very lower rate, and we get correspondingly the interest subsidy from the government. How is this Affordable Home scheme is going to work? Are we going to get the same kind of a differential or is it going to be different from CLSS?
Understood. And sir, any rough idea you have regarding the size, which government can allocate for this AHF?

Hello.
Yes. Hi. Good afternoon, sir. Thanks for taking my question. Sir, you just hinted about the slowdown in the affordable housing segment. So in the current year, we had almost 37% for disbursement in this tank in less than 20 lakhs threshold. So going forward, do we see that we'd be having higher disbursement in let's say, 20 to 75 buckets? And the related question is, how is our interest rate different in the two buckets? Like which are the differential rate in the two buckets? So how is that going to turn out, sir?
