Sir, on the first question regarding -- I think in the past, you had mentioned in your previous earnings calls that since you are capacity constrained, you were not taking on much orders in your order book, given that the delivery timelines were higher than 18 months and customers wouldn't accept a very longer delivery timeline than that. So can you just give a sense of how much of -- if you can give any color, how much of that was you did not accept? And now with the capacity coming up, how much boost it can give to your order inflow growth in FY27? And which sectors would it be driven by?
Okay. And let's say, in your order book moving forward towards next year, you expect this aerospace to come down and auto component and general engineering where you are seeing a lot of traction, that mix to go up. And as a result of that, you have mentioned in the past that you will have a 25% EBITDA margin as a stable, as a steady state. Even with the mix changing, do you expect that to continue as well?

My question was on the margins that you did quite better versus last year in the Internet Ticketing segment. Can you just walk us through what were some of the initiatives? Was it -- you already, I think, spoke about operational efficiencies, but was it also that the share of UPI was higher or it was better cost controls? If you can give some sense on the segment margin, better margins?
Yes. Any particular factors that you want to attribute it to? And also the share of UPI, which was there for the Internet Ticketing segment in this quarter versus the previous quarter?

Sir, my question is on your opening remarks on the Internet ticketing segment, where you said that the growth could be limited -- incremental would be limited from this point onwards. So, I want to understand what are the streams of revenue are you looking at? Have you decided any streams or there is something going on along those lines? And this growth that we saw 5% has actually moderated from the last 2 quarters. So, what should we expect in terms of trajectory going forward? Not looking for any numbers, but if you can give us a sense of what can be the future trajectory for this?
Okay. And sir, on the -- can you say it again 87% -- just double clicking on this. And you say that 87% of the tickets are now already booked. So, would you say that the market has reached a saturation from a penetration point of view or there is scope for growth there because the other means of transport, if you see, right, today, airways has become more prominent? So, is that the case that the market has reached a little bit of saturation? That's the reason you're also believing that the growth from a volume standpoint may be relatively limited.

TITAGARH RAIL SYSTEMS LIMITED

Sir, my first question is on your propulsion and electrical. So, in this particular quarter there was no metro coach or Vande Bharat coach delivered, so we made around Rs. 57 crores of revenue, and your presentation says Rs. 185 traction motors. So, fair to say the average realization for these would be around Rs. 30 lakhs per motor or a converter, would that be a fair assumption?
And in terms of your EMU and MEMU which you are planning to start from 4Q FY '25, if that is correct, any revenue targets that you have in mind for FY '26-'27, what can be the opportunity size for us?

Yes, I just need a clarification on the annual issue charges. So, I understand that the revenue for any year is based on the average number of folios in the previous financial year. So, can you just let us know how does it accrue over the four quarters? And does it mean that the addition of issuers in a quarter does not contribute much to revenue? So, if you can just explain that, please.
Sure. And in regard to the IPO, corporate action revenues, so we saw a sharp decline sequentially in the number of applications, yet the IPO corporate action didn't see a very sharp decline. So, was it like the corporate actions contributed much to the revenues? If you cannot share the number, the qualitative sense would be helpful.

Triveni Turbine Limited

Thank you for the opportunity. My first question is on one of the charts in the presentation, which shows that how the 0 to 100-MW of the steam turbine market declined from 8.7 GW to 6. 9 GW. And we have grown our revenues by 21%. I understand this is a function of increase in wallet share, market share. Can you give us some idea how much has realisations improved on a year-on-year basis from FY 24? If not in the Company level at least in an industry level, if you can give some certain sense on the per megawatt (MW) realisation. How has it been?
Sure. That's helpful. And one more question was when you said maintaining such high growth rates could be difficult. Is that even baking in some conservatism on the export side given you have seen some moderation in the export orders in the last two quarters? I understand these are lumpy in nature, I just want to get your perspective on export orders because I think this was one of the big opportunities for us and has been rather, if you can elaborate a bit more on that.

My first question is on the premium ratio. I know that you have said there are a host of factors. But in the previous calls, you have also said that many participants are trading out of the money options, as a result of which it ultimately translates into a lower premium ratio. Now in the month of September and October, we have seen an uptick in the premium ratio, and it has coincided with the heightened volatility in crude. So just want to clarify if this increase in premium ratio can be directly attributed to the heightened volatility or there is some difference in the behaviour of participants as well?
Sure, sure. Okay. And my second question is a book-keeping one. So can you let us know what are the revenues from options and futures? And how to think about the effective tax rate. Since it's been in 19% to 20% rate in the last 3 quarters, so how to think about it for the near and medium term?

Zen Technologies Limited

Zen Technologies Limited CC-Jun24.pdf · 2024-07-29
Thank you for the opportunity. Sir, my first ques tion is for the anti-drone systems and these new products that you have spoken about , can you give us a sense of what is the future opportunity you are looking at maybe three to five year pers pective and also what you could have seen in other markets, what is the future of these sp ends and what is the opportunity size for the company? If you can you give a broad sense of that?
My second question is on the export revenues. I think if I understood correctly in the presentation, there were no export revenues recognized during the quarter. I think from the previous quarter, export revenues. So I just want to understand, is it like the execution times are a bit longer on that front or is there a spillover maybe for this quarter and next quarter.
