Hi. So, my question was on the line that how are t he walk-ins for this Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 for the luxury segment? Like, are we getting proper quality clients, and are we able to convert them, trend on that?

Understood. Got it. My next question was on the li ne that currently we are majorly MMR- based developer, with some projects outside of the Mumbai. So, what is our long-term plan, like are we planning to acquire more, diversify, or are we going to continue on the current trend?
