Hi, thank you and c ongratulations on a strong set of numbers. I'm fairly new to the company. Most of my questions have already been answered, but I just wanted to know one bit about -- you've mentioned several times your margins are far higher than your peers, which are mostly MNCs. Can you mention about the driver of these higher margins? What's driving the higher margins?
