Hi, good morning. Congrats on the transaction. I had a couple of questions. So one is, if you look at Nagarro's, you know, distribution of verticals and average size of the clients, they are much smaller, significantly smaller than what it would be for Persistent. We have sort of scaled clients pretty well. And there also is sort of a long tail. So, I wanted your thoughts on how we would sort of address that. And do you think that could be a risk to growth from an overall combined entity perspective? So that's one. Two, how are you thinking about sort of being able to sort of extract value out of that? And would you need to invest more from a GTM perspective within those accounts or let go of some of those tail accounts? So that's the part of the first question, I'll ask next after this.
So, Sandeep, you missed the cannibalization part of the question. On your assessment of cannibalization of revenue with AI for them in their context.

Am I audible?
Yeah, super . Yeah, h i. Good evening. Are you seeing any near -term headwinds to margin? I'm asking from the perspective that you have pushed out the wage hikes but at the same time I do see that some of these costs will reverse, right . T he higher onsite resource costs , that should reverse. And so from that perspective, is there anything that you're seeing as a headwind in the near term? That was the first question. The second thing was, which verticals are you basically seeing this prevalence of delayed ramp -ups? Is it very homogeneous or is it specific to any vertical? And, finally, is this higher amortization? What's driving that? And is it sort of an ongoing number we should assume or is there a one -off there? What's driving it?

So wanted your thoughts on the utilization - it is at an all-time high, how is that operationally changing for us, we have never operated at these levels. So, is there a new band that we can operate at? So that is number one. Number two, is this - wanted your thoughts on the GCC business that we have? How large is this and how has this sort of evolv ed since we have started. So, that’s the second thing. So, I think these are the two primary questions.

A couple of questions. One is a little philosophical one. So I think yesterday, Microsoft spoke about h ow scaling laws are sort of doubling computing power every six months versus two years under Moore's. So your thoughts on shouldn't this ideally lead to higher business velocity, right? So that's one. Second is from a utilization perspective, you may mention 80 % to 84%. I remember pre-COVID, you had sort of went into massive hiring, had a good view on when the model will pick up and so on and so forth. Looks like at this point in time, you're not seeing that. So just wanted your thoughts. Is this a very near-term sort of view or is it a slightly longer view? Third thing is you had a view that margins sort of expand by 200 to 300 basis points over the next two years. Do you still stick to that or do you think that sort of takes some more time? I have a lot more, but I'll just push in one more. Let's say the technology vertical, what's your view there? Do you think that's sort of bottoming out or that sort of continues to be a pain point?
Thanks a ton. I’ll jump back in the queue you. Thank you.

3 questions – so one is, couple of players I think in the earlier results have been talking about re-scoping of existing contracts that are coming up in between, so what's your thought on that within your portfolio? The 2nd thing is on BFSI. If you could just contrast BFSI in your portfolio, what it was maybe a year ago. How have the things changed in terms of dynamics? You mentioned that it continues to be a tough area but I think people have also been talking about bottoming out there, just your thoughts there with reference to your portfolio. And finally on managed services, how has managed services sort of be en on the portfolio, maybe let’s say 3yrs ago versus now as a percentage of revenue. Is it meaningful today than what it was? 3 questions – thank you.

Hi, good evening.
Yeah, yeah. Good evening. Thank you for the opportunity. Two questions. So one is, I think last year, as we entered the year, we basically called out that growth will be led by BFSI, followed by hi -tech, followed by healthcare. How are you seeing the shape of growth as we get into the next year? The second is, when we look at the OPD business overall, considering SDLC has come down, the life cycles have come down, how should we think about cannibalization rates there and what are the nuances and how are you thinking about that?
