One would be, what would be the amount for the front ending of the employee expenses which you spoke about, the absolute amount in Q2 was Rs. 5.5 crores, similar for 3Q what would that be? And the second question would be, regarding these new store openings, the amount, I missed the beginning part of the call is that amount you quantified for the extra expense that may have gone into the OpEx?
And this lease expense also will take on us and then it gets reimbursed from them to the other income, is that right?

Would there be any -- I understand, long-term there's no capacity constraint, but in the near term, do you see an overheating in the credit markets and due to which you may be wanting to go slow there?
Sir, just 2, 3 here. First would be on this NCD INR105 crores, the private placement. I just wanted to know at what rate and what was the tenure of that? And second question would be the Tamil Nadu floods. We didn't see much impact of that, whether it's the peer small finance bank did see that impact. I just wanted to understand how were we able to avoid any significant impact there? And lastly, on the tech spend, how much would it be? The Salesforce, how is the accounting for it done?
