Hi, good afternoon. And thanks for taking my question. So just one question from my side. Fair to assume that one tower in Borivali and our Goregaon project, both should get launched either in Q3 or Q4 of FY26?
Gurgaon, sorry.

Hi. Good afternoon, sir, and thanks for taking my question. So my first question is on the wagon ordering side. I mean you mentioned that we expect a tender from Indian Railways, maybe sometimes towards the end of this year. But wanted to get your views on private sector wagon ordering. How has it been? And which are the sectors which are driving private sector wagon order?
That's great sir. Thanks and all the best for future.
Sir, my first question is on the wagon ordering, generally for the Indian Railways I think in H1 they have given orders for roughly around 7,000 wagons. So, in your discussion with railways, what do you see about their plans for ordering, let's say, in the second -half of FY '25 and also for FY '26? And the second question is, for the expansion of our coach manufacturing capacity, which is underway, I mean, what is the status? And by when do we expect that program to get completed? Thank you.
Sir, actually I want, I am sorry if I didn't put the question correctly, I wanted to know about the status of the expansion capacity in the passenger coach segment.
Hi, good afternoon. Thanks for taking my question. So 2 questions from my side. First, wanted to get your views on the demand scenario would be great if you could expand on that and especially across various ticket sizes or segments. Now, I think about 45% of our sales is coming from ticket sizes Rs. 3 crore and above. So what is the demand across these various ticket sizes? And second is on the pricing front, I mean, how do we see the pricing scenario? I think everyone in the industry has seen very sharp price increase partly due to product mix. Of our 23% increase in realizations in FY’25, what would have been the like -to-like organic price increase? And how do we see a like -to-like price increase in FY’26? Thank you.
Sure, Thanks and all the best in the future.
So, of the ₹633-odd crores of land expenses that we have undertaken this year, would bulk of it relate to the Greater Noida and the Mumbai project? Or I mean there are other cities also where we have acquired land?
Sir, if I got the number correctly, you said the GDV of the land that we have tied up is about ₹12,000-odd crores. So if that number is correct, what is the pending land payment for this ₹12,000 crores GDV project?
Congrats for a great set of numbers. So 2 questions from my side. What is the total seed money that we have included in various projects that we are doing? And second, of the cash in our books, what is, let's say, belongs to client and what is our own cash?
Hi, good afternoon and thanks for taking my question. So my first question is I am sorry if I missed it, but what proportion of our revenues would have come from the international geography in FY25?
Sure. And secondly, a bookkeeping question. What would be our mobilization advance at the end of FY25?
Hi, good afternoon everyone and thanks for taking my question. So the first question is that of our INR38,000 crore order book, what is the quantum of project s where we are yet to receive the appointed date?
Sir, I was asking about the appointed date and for the INR38,000 crores order book, have we got the notice to proceed from our client or are the projects already in?
Hi, good afternoon for taking my question and congrats for a great set of numbers. So the first question is with regards to the paint business, now with increasing competitive intensity in that business, I mean, how do we see the outlook for that business, let's say, in FY '26? And secondly a bookkeeping question on the railroad mix. Thank you.
Sure. Thanks.
Hi, good afternoon. Thanks for taking my question and congratulations for a great set of numbers. So, two questions from my side for FY25 as a whole , what percentage of our sales would have come from available inventory or sustenance sales and what would have been the contribution from new launches?
Sure. And did I get the number correctly? You said we have about Rs. 55,000 odd crores of available inventory across phases available for sale going ahead.
Good afternoon, Varun and Shishir. So two questions. First, it would be great to get some more details on the additional FSI purchase that we have done in Lower Parel? And second, excluding this FSI purchase, if we total up all your other plans over the next 5 years, by FY30, what is the total CAPEX which will need to develop all those assets? Thank you.
Thanks and all the best.
Congratulations for a good set of numbers. So just one question. What would have been the contribution from Penna and Sanghi in terms of volumes in Q4?
So, see, 1.6 is for Penna or Sanghi? I'm sorry, they both…

Hi, good afternoon. Thanks for taking my question. So, a couple of questions from our side, with regards to JJM project, have we seen any kind of payment slowdown, especially considering that there will central elections this year or are payments regular and in line with, let us say what you had seen in FY23 or FY24?
Sure. So, just to be clear on this point, the kind of payment slowdown obviously has been seen across industry. Is it restricted only to state government projects or the Central Government projects also seeing payment slowdown?
My first question is regarding the WTC that we supp osed to build in Hyderabad. What would be the leasable area for that particular project?
And secondly, I mean, in terms of business developme nt, you said we added about 8 million square feet in 9 months this year. For FY '26 quarter, what is the kind of land lease, etcetera, that would have been a target?
Congratulations for a great performance. So my first question is regarding the upcoming launches. Our share of launches on the resi side over the next year is abo ut 10.5 million square feet. So fair to say this would have a GD of some GDV of somewhere be tween INR10,000 crores to INR12,000 crores?
And the 3 million square feet upcoming commercial projects, these will be largely on the lease model? Or can we look at a sale model going ahead also?
Congratulations for the great set of numbers. So my question is regarding the shift in our strategy towards slightly higher in the segment. I think in the previous quarter con call you had alluded that may be going ahead, we will progressively move towards having 50% of our sales coming from the slightly higher end segment. Now I mean, in economy or in real estate, we do talk about the K-shaped curve, which is happening in India. Now real estate, considering it's a long gestation business, how confident we are that this kind of strategy will work over the next 4 to 5 years, particularly when we are taking into account the business development that we are doing?
So, a couple of questions from my side. First, with regards to the brake business, what would be the current order book of that business? And how do we see the prospects of that business going ahead, especially with regards to Stone India?
My second question is with regards to the wagon business. So, while obviously, the production has ramped up, but overall, for Indian Railways, we have not really seen too many orders in H1. So, based on our discussion with railways, how does the pipeline look? Do we expect substantial ordering in H2? Or do you think ordering will come only in FY '26? And the second part of the question is also if you could give some details on how is the wagon order from the private sector?
So my first question is to Khattar sir. Sir, what would be the completion time line for the mall of Gurgaon? I believe we have already given out the construction contracts. And also same time lines for DT Gurgaon Block 4 and Chennai Block 4.
Sure. And one question for Aakash. When do we expect the launch for next phase of Privana and also the project on the IREO land that you have acquired?
