Sir m y first question is like associate and JV income contributed INR343.7 crores during the quarter, which largely offset the operating level losses. So could you please help us understand the key contributors to this income and also how sustainable do you believe these earning are going forward?

Understood, sir . And the next question is like, with handovers now underway at St. Regis Residences Dubai, what proportion of the project receivable is still outstanding? And also how much cash like repatriation should investor expect over the next four to six quarters?

Understood sir, understood. And my last question is that the real estate segment has seen a significant increase in segment assets, like assuming INR 77,000 crores. And like could management provide more visibility on the monetization timeline for these assets and the return that investors can expect from them?
