Again my question is something, which have been previously as w ell as addressed to a certain extent by you, regarding how would you compare solar plus wind to solar to battery in terms of cost. Why am I -- and also, when you say that it depends on req uirements, what mix would be used given that battery is a storage project. So what is the solar plus batte ry not really automatically solve for solar plus wind as well. Like it can be used during wind generating as well in case of solar plus battery?

Sir, I just wanted to get your sense on if we are seeing different demand trends across industry, like not for Chalet, more from an industry point of view? Are we seeing some different demand trends, for example, metros versus non-metros and so on? That's the first one. And second, I know Q3, Q4, we are expecting these to be strong quarters. But what's your sense like from here on as well, is there a further scope for ADRs to increase further in FY '26? That's the second one. And third would be what was during the last ho tel upcycle, what was the peak occupancy versus what it is now currently?

Is everything already accounted for in the base year, in terms of there being no COVID-related one-time revenue? Is that already accounted for?

How do we see the impact of the generative AI on our business, considering Gen AI seems to be something which would have huge implications on the pharma industry? The more we are reading about it, the more we are realizing the importance of Gen AI in the pharma industry. So how do we expect to see the benefits or the disadvantage or probably the threat to our business from this?
