So Sreekanth, one question on your wealth management proposition. Could you -- because I think a lot of these clients, at least who are larger wealth managers in India also work with you on the AIF piece or the domestic RTA piece. So exactly how will this particular proposition differ from the TA and FA services that you're already providing? That is one. Second is I think on your sequentially, if I look at the international and Other Investor Solutions business, the revenue growth has been relatively weaker as compared to the AUM growth. So was that largely because there were some lumpy transi tion revenues last quarter, which weren't there at this time? And last question, I think someone asked earlier, but I'm not sure if you addressed that. Like any update on a potential international acquisition? Those are my questions.
Just one follow -up. How do the revenues in this particular segment? Is it on the basis of the AUM that the fund manager manages -- or is there a fixed fee for using a platform?

Hi. Thank you for the presentation. I had a question on your Issuer Solutions piece. Obviously, the revenue growth at 22 % has been quite strong. So, what could be the sort of uplift that you would expect if suppose Hyundai and Bajaj Housing do complete their IPO this year? I think previously, you had guided for a mid-team growth in Issuer Solutions revenue on a steady state. So, would these IPO proceeds be additional and on top of that for the revenue growth profile for this year?
Sreekanth, just to confirm, you said mid -20s revenue growth excluding these IPO revenues, right?

Thank you for the opportunity. Sir, I think earlier in the call, you had mentioned the competition in general is seeing some moderation. On the NBFC front, I can understand that one of the competitors in there. But you also mentioned that bank competition is coming off. So what is driving that?
Okay, understand. In the case like earlier banks are also giving other unsecured loans. So because of the RBI scrutiny increasing on that. I would assume that even the banks will focus more towards that secured gold loans and focus towards these set of loans for smaller ticket sizes. So that is not the case.

Sir Kundu, one question I had on your branch expansion, it has been pretty fast over the last couple of years. And especially, I think in other sectors, you look at the performance in Vehicle Finance but in Vehicle Finance in particular before expanding, w hat the parameters that you look in a particular market or a district for setting up a branch over there ? And my second question is just on the CSEL disbursement the mix between unsecured business loan and unsecured consumer loans?
Understood. On the CSEL part?

Just a couple of questions. The first one is on OPEX. Coming back to this quarter is alluded at 3.3. Now you did allude to that change in expansion phase and there is also IT cost coming in. So, can this continue for another few quarters also and then you normalize maybe sometime later in FY '25?
And last thing is on, like, you have had higher write-offs in the new business segment. So, the FLDG income for this has already been recognized or that would come in the upcoming quarters?
