I think what happened is that when the Iran war started on 20th Feb, the prices, input prices went up, not only for solar panels but for all items for a project. And what happened is that a lot of these projects got pushed because of this situation and there was always this going on that firstly the input cost is high and the war is going to get over in few days and the things will get stabilized.
