I mean, enough has been said about how the management has actually put in the best effort to cut costs. I think the one question which we are all grappling with is what is actually happening to demand, sir? Like in your view, your experience of doing this business for more than 2, 3 decades, why is it that for the last 3 years, demand is so seeded ? What do you think needs to change for demand to come back? And as a management, while you're doing all the right things to cut costs, but I don't see that optimism in terms of demand, given that a lot of the initiatives you are doing are quite permanent in terms of cost cutting. So just help us educate a little bit more on what do you think is happening to demand of tiles in India?
Sir, maybe I didn't put my question across correctly. I by no means meant that others are growing and you are not growing. I'm just trying to understand why in the last 3 years, tiles as an industry, which is also building materials not showing the kind of demand. Like what do your dealers tell you? What's happening on the ground? Sir, I want to just improve my understanding rather than questioning what the company is doing because I 100% appreciate that you are doing the right thing in the interest of the company. It's just why tile demand has been so weak. If you can throw a little bit more color on that particular aspect.

Sir thank you for taking my questions. Sir my first question is, as I look at the total active dealer, typically you see about 30, 40 increase quarter-on-quarter. This time you have 250 dealers that have increased between Q1 and Q2. Any special drive that we are doing to sort of grab dealers before there's more competition coming in or maybe I'm reading too much into it because I see the number at 2,343, which is actually 250 dealers more than what you had last quarter. That's question number one, sir?
No, sir. 2,343 is what I see active working dealers. That's why the question?

Sir, thank you for taking my question. M y first question is on margins. You said there are certain strategic initiatives. Is it possible to give some detail on what exactly does that mean?
Sure. This is clear. One connected question. I mean, we have been giving a guidance for margin, which is much lower than what we have been clocking and we've been clocking it consistently. Now given the fact that exports should increase from here on, given the fact that you yourself said FMEG, your target is for margins to go up. I just want to understand what is holding the Company back from actually resetting your margin guidance higher? Or in a way, you're acknowledging that these margins are actually fairly higher, not sustainable. Just wanted to get your thought, delivering 14.7%, but still the guidance remains at 11% to 13%. What's the reason for that?
