I have four questions. I’ll try to be very quick. Firstly, on this Tier-3, Tier-4 cities. Dr. Om basically the management commentary around this has obviously increased as you also alluded that last 3-4 quarters, we have been highlighting this. I wanted to understand what does management really expect in terms of the change in business when we started tracking this ? There are two things here , one is purely in terms of operations, how does it change your daily routine in terms of the entire effort of capital allocation and sales force being focused on Tier-2, Tier-4? Secondly in terms of financials as analysts and shareholders what should we focus on when this business actually sees higher growth in Tier-3, Tier-4? I t could be revenue mix, it could be more B2B, it could be higher working capital , it could be lower margins , a nything. And related question to that also was that the doctor influence in these cities according to me should be even tougher to break in Vs. what we see in metros. So, your thoughts please.
Anything on the doctor influence?

Sir three questions. Firstly, on pipes and adhesives you obviously mentioned in terms of what margins you are looking for which are more sustainable in long term, just on the growth rates, on volumes and revenue for either segment for pipes and adhesives. Some outlook will help for fourth quarter of FY25 -26 based on your capacity increases both in plumping as well as adhesives, just help with some growth rates that will be helpful. That’s the first question.
And for adhesive?

So, two questions Sanjay ji firstly on demand side and then the on the supply side. On the demand a bit more shorter term how the situation currently with the channel let's say the sales from the company to distributor which is p rimary and then from the distributor to end customers. I just wanted to know that what’s your experience into Jan, Feb, March what do you expect? Similarly you can explain what's the pricing difference between primary and secondary steel pricing today which might play an impact on how the 4th Quarter will be here? That's the first question?
Sir in 12 kg difference general structures it becomes touch to sold what is your view on that?

Thank you so much for the opportunity. Good afterno on, sir. Sir, firstly, I can see from the numbers that Housing Wires is actually doing better than Cable for KEI when the industry trend is actually the reverse and the entire industry has seen low single-digit volume growth for wires last 2 to 3 quarters now. What has got KEI market share gains? Could you just give some color and understanding of how you've gone about this, please?
Okay. So just to extend this question, when I look at the regional dealer sales, which you report in your presentation, it looks like North and East have grown way, way faster versus South looks like low single digits. Could you share some feedback on demand trends in these regions just so that I can tie it up based on why Wires are doing way better than Cable for KEI.

Good morning. Thanks for the op portunity. Sir, two questions . Firstly, on consumer demand mainly on the residential real estate side, we see premium and luxury doing well in urban areas across the country . How far do you think we are before this should start contributing to H avells top line because I am sure that light , fan switches are being bought by these apartment and I am assuming that factories , warehouses anyway are contributing better? That is the first question.
Secondly on new capex all three segment s cable, lighting and REF I think so cables we are investing Rs.300 Crores 3.5 lakh kilometers just wanted to know what is the sales potential here and what is the gestation period to reach 90% utilization from the south plant?

Thank you so much for taking my question. Sir, first question is on volume growth. I can see packaging, industrial and consumer products obviously are going through lower growth what we are seeing in pipe, when does this go to double digits? Because 9 months, largely all these 3 segments have grown in single digits. So could you help us understand what do you see growth in fourth quarter or for the full year, if you want to talk about fiscal '24 or the next year, fiscal '25?
Sir, what about industrial and consumer next year, volume growth?

Polycab India Limited

Firstly, on entire episode, whatever has happened, just wanted to clarify, and I think the previous participant was also looking for the same answer. Purely from a Polycab perspective, I am not bothering much about what income tax thinks, but from your own perspective, in terms of your own internal processes, there were three, four things which were mentioned about sub - contracting expense, logistics, and sales. The distributors and dealers obviously are free to do whatever wrong they want to do in life. But from Polycab's perspective, from internal process perspective, could you highlight certain steps or certain things which you have done over the years to get y our larger distributors and dealers not to engage into such activities. Because I did some checks around this. My sense is there are other companies and peer sets, who are also listed, who have actually gone ahead so much that they've involved their bankers also to ensure that distributors and dealers are part of the same agreement when they do channel finance, and they're also going through a lot of stickiness and compliance. So just from that perspective, that's my first question. If you would highlight your own internal processes of the channel not getting into such activities.
Sure, sure. So obviously, they'll come back with a notice if they have any issues. But from your side, could we assume, as shareholders, that from your side, all the standard practices are being followed and whatever the allegations are made are completely false? Can I make that statement?
