Dr. Satya, if we go back about 5, 6 years, the split of the revenue mix was more inclined towards ARV, and then you know over the last couple of years we've increased our footprint on the CDMO business. Can you throw some colors on how do you foresee the mix will be if we look out next 5 to 10 years? That will be my first question. And my second question will be, at some point, you may pass on the reins to someone else. Do you have a wish list where you would like to see Laurus before you decide to hand over the reins to someone else? So that will be my 2 questions?

And the second question would be more on the lines of, does the board discuss anything on the lines of ensuring participation from the wider community group of investors?
