Congratulations on a strong quarter. My first question is, you've already touched upon certain sectors and segments, which are driving growth. I wanted to know specifically if you have been able to cater to all the demand, which is coming from data center, specifically given some of -- most of the higher nodes for you all are imported. And I also understand that Caterpillar has been able to pick up a lot more orders recently and improve its market share, given their shorter time lines of delivery. So here, what are you doing to shorten the time lines for imports, especially of nodes upwa rds of 3,000, 3,500. So those are the questions that I've got?
Okay. And continuing with this question, are there any specific areas where you've seen that demand has drastically collapsed or significantly reduced, including inquiry levels?

Good morning, gentlemen, and thanks for the opportunity. You know, while you've given a very good commentary in terms of qualitative aspects of how demand has played out during this particular quarter. Can you please quantify the PowerGen, the breakup that you normally give in terms of high horsepower, medium and so on.
Right. Sir, my second question is on -- we've seen employee costs has been on a rise. Now is it fair to expect similar quarterly run rate of about INR210 crores for next year also?

I wanted to continue from an earlier participant’s question where you talked about ultimately moving towards sustainable material margin of about 34% to 35% over a period of 18 to 20 months. I think you talked about this almost a year back. Now today you are talking about material margin moving or remaining between 32% to 34%, so is this clamp down on your earlier thought process of the Company being able to move towards 34%, 35% margin?
My second question is we do understand from our channel check that the inquiry level have seen material rise in the recent months , but I think your commentary seems to be or it appears to be guarded in terms of domestic growth of mid-teens, especially when Q3, Q4 are normally stronger for the Company. Can you talk about this?

I just had one question. On this move of extending the implementation of CPCBIV, this will ensure that the company struggled with CPCB -- the inventory for a longer time? Or do you think these orders or the manufacturing that you've done, they are agains t firm orders that the company would have got?
Sir, my second question is on the group announcement, where they were talking about investing $1 billion in India. Now you have indicated where they are looking at spending this money. But the listed entities, CIL is planning to invest almost INR300 crores to INR400-odd crores, which are the specific areas that CIL is planning to invest this money? And what is the kind of time duration that we are looking at over here?

Good morning, gentlemen, and congratulations for the very strong performance in this quarter. Sir, my question is on the margin profile improvement that we have seen. You know, if I see your order book composition, I think auto and consumer continues to be almost 60 to 70% of your order backlog. So, is it that incremental order that you all are taking are at a better margin or what would we really attribute to the margin improvement over here?
Okay. So, this is basically product mix. It is not that the incremental orders that you all are taking are or you all are getting are at a slightly better margin. It is basically the product mix that is driving really the efficiency over here.

Good morning, gentlemen, and congratulations on good performance in this quarter. I have two questions. One of them is a bookkeeping question. You indicated the capex that you have planned for FY '25. Can you talk about the likely capex over the next 2-3 years? What are the things that you have in your mind in terms of expansion?
Okay, so INR130 crores over 2 years, '26 and '27. I think that is how we should read this. Okay. For my second question, normally in this particular quarter, we have seen consumer has gone down and industrial has also picked up, healthcare has also picked up. You also typically give break-up in terms of PCB A, Box build, RFID, share of ODM. Can you give that? And also, since you specifically said exports are expected to see strong growth in the second half. Which are the segments that are expected to contribute towards the export growth in H2? Thank you.

Good morning, gentlemen, and thanks for the opportunity. Sir, yo ur consumer business, like you said, was front -loaded in this particular quarter. But that 40% contribution that you're talking about, do you think that is a more sustainable contribution to balance the profitability? Is that how one should look at this company?
Sir, and you did also indicate an uptick expected in the healthcare business based on some new orders. I just wanted to understand what particularly happened in this particular quarter, given that, sequentially, that business is halved in the healthcare business. I just want to understan d what is happening on the healthcare front also? Thank you.

Congratulations on a very good performance. Sir, my first question is on your EMS business. Now could you give us a sense of approximately what is the kind of investment that is being planned for the JV with Korea Circuit? I think Mr. Sudhir did indicate that we will give you, perfect number later on but some ballpark number. And typically, what should be the asset turn that one should expect in this kind of business?
This is very helpful. And typically, how much time does it take for construction of the kind of facility that you are envisaging with Korea Circuit?
Amber Enterprises India Limited CC-Jun24.pdf · 2024-07-27
Congratulations on good performance during the quarter. So I've got two questions, given that you've raised your guidance in the EMS from 35% to 40%, which will take us closer to INR1,800 crores. Many EMS companies are now talking about 50%, 60% kind of growth. Do you see Amber clocking that kind of growth over the next, say, 3 to 5 years, given you have new areas, which will essentially contribute to the growth. So that's my first question.
Sir, my second question is on your stakes that you have got with 2 areas. One is through Sidwal, you are planning to invest INR120 crores in the SPV. So I want to understand how much of this money will go into the domestic factory and how much of this will get invested into the overseas entity in terms of the stake? And connected with that, I just wanted to understand when you're looking at washing machine also, what would Resojet really bring to the table? Because I think that also is a fairly recently incorporated company.

Congratulations on very strong performance during the quarter. Sir, I have one question. Sir, I think the entire industry is talking about profitability in the UCP business being in the high single digits. Do you see there are -- you have levers to increase that number, given that government has kind of eased on China visas or JV approvals, etcetera. So I think what is your thoughts or the update on your JV on the compressor side if you could elaborate on that? And just continuing with the same question, given your Chennai factories commenced operations, you were also looking at export opportunity, given Q2, Q3 are off - season for the AC products? What are your thoughts on export? How soon can we see that area also picking up? Thank you.

Thanks for the opportunity. And congratulations for yet another strong quarter. Now I think my question is continuing with the earlier question on the margin. Now, I didn't see that the industrial and auto had materially increased in the first quarter. Also the share of Box Build was lower. So I wanted to understand specific reason for why the margin was slightly lower in the first quarter. And also the blended margin of the order book that you have tha t will be helpful. Also in the existing order book of over 5000 crores, how much of that is coming from Box Build and export I think that's the first question?
And Box Build and export share in the book?
Kaynes Technology India Limited CC-Mar24.pdf · 2024-05-17
I've got questions. First, I will talk about the financial question that I've got. I just need some clarity over here. One, the gross margin is something which is very importan t in this particular business. If we see the last couple of years, this number used to be hovering closer to 34% and then stabilize at around 30%. This year we've seen that number drop to about 26%. How do you see the gross margin in the next couple of years? And this is very imp ortant given that you are looking for 100 basis points expansion in the EBITDA margin. So that's the first question on the financial gross margin.
I think you also talked about you will have a lower tax rate for some time. How many years will you have that 20% tax rate?
Kaynes Technology India Limited CC-Sep23.pdf · 2023-11-01
Good afternoon, gentlemen, and thank you for the opportunity. Sir, in this particular quarter, you had a margin of about 13.5%, which is similar to what you had in the first quarter also. You did guide for a 15% margin for the full year. I want to know from you, based on the order book that you have, what do you think is a sustainable margin in your business? And I remember you talking about looking at expanding the margin as exports pick-up. So in the existing order book, how much is export? So that's the first question.
Thanks for the follow-up, sir. Sir, could you tell me how much is exports in the total order book right now? And the breakup of that between ODM, OEM, and Box built. And also, given you've laid down your tentative plan for the OSAT, when is the likely fund raise for this that you all are planning? That's it.

Dixon Technologies (India) Limited

Dixon Technologies (India) Limited CC-Sep23.pdf · 2023-10-26
Now, you did give us the ramp up plan for Xiaomi. Do you have a similar ramp up plan ready for Itel also that you could share?
My second question is continuing with the earlier question that on the laptop manufacturing, where you did indicate Dixon will be fairly competitive com pared to those manufactured in China or elsewhere. Now , based on your discussion with the potential clients, what are the thoughts of assembling these laptops …is this going to be restricted only for Indian market or even export opportunity is being deliberated at this point in time?
