Thanks for the opportunity. Just trying to understand that what are the initiatives we are taking to ensure that our pipeline continue to enhance given that we grew by 25% ballpark and the size of it? Also in terms of scaling up the deal sizes, what are the initiatives we are taking because as we become a slightly larger organization than what we were a couple of years ago, we need to increase the size of the deal to ensure that with a similar win rates, we end up growing much larger entity. So, any initiatives on these fronts that you could talk about?
So yes, one interesting point that you mentioned is that mining the same account by scaling up more offerings within the same customer base. So, have we seen several such inferences where people might have started with a smaller deal, but then we have sold them loan origination or trade supply or bigger products compared to the process offering that we initially used to sell a couple of years back. I'm sure there are good case study, but are there meaningful upsell that would have happened? Anything that you could share on that front?

So actually, I wanted to understand your perspective at how your go-to-market strategy has been evolving around 2, 3 aspects if you want to address on those lines. Firstly, in terms of our expanding product offering right from LumYn, Marvin, NewgenONE and so on. And also the way we have upscale our solution scoping, we do compete lending or supply chain versus a much smaller element of the process we were doing earlier? And thirdly, from a developed market strategy perspective where our past efforts towards driving that market which not played to be out expectations. So from these perspectives, if you could share your thought?
So, I got the pulse. Just with one more element if you could share, like how you would define and redefine your sales team because -- if you generally, we see companies are either horizontal or vertical, we have markets to play where horizontal and vertical. So is it everybody carries a different type of quota from the horizontal, vertical and geo perspective? Or it's like 1 strategy for market or all?

So, I just have a couple of questions. Firstly, on the Rail Neer business, we saw this exceptional charge. So, it would be great if you could give some feedback that why there is this ambiguity of earlier having this 15% versus 40% now? And it's just a provision, when we expect this to be conclusive for the future as well?
But essentially this charge never used to exist prior to FY'22, but at the time of IPO, we already had this plant. So, when this rate effectively be implemented?

If you could share what are the top 3 or 5 market for us at this point and what are their respective ways? Or if you could share what is the industry growth rate for us on a weighted basis, based upon the markets that we are working at this point?
Sure. Another thing that will help us is since you said that in emerging markets, we are relatively better sized. So India I understand. But if you could give us some color on our market share or positioning in some of top 2 or 3 relevant markets within the emerging market pie? Also what is the typical churn between performance and brand?
Affle 3i Limited CC-Sep23.pdf · 2023-11-06
Yes. Firstly, I want big picture view. You mentioned this in certain ways but with the changing mix of business both in terms of the technology that we offer and the mix of market where we operate, what is the best way to understand the potential growth in the near & medium term across various markets including India, other emerging markets and developed markets?
I just want one small clarification. You are saying about the total addressable market (TAM) or you are talking about TAM where a 20% margin can be achieved even by the aspect of a large market?

Yeah. Hi. Sorry to go into this question, which has been asked so many times, but in a different way this time. While you're trying to solve this attrition issue or subscriber issue, whatever you want to call it. Have we done any analytics around the age demographics or, let's say a digital behaviour profile of the retained subscriber versus a high attrition, to understand a much more deeper cause of it rather than the numerical part of it?
Okay. I think that's very helpful. Just one more thing on the ARPU side. We're seeing significant improvement. So, I mean, obvious things are known, but is there anything we are doing specifically to raise the value for the high paying subscriber, that is driving this kind of a growth? And what is the most sustainable growth in ARPU for the FY'25 and '26 if you have that in your mind?

Just one bit on this subscriber addition side of the story. We like your confidence on what kind of growth, this kind of a platform in this kind of a market can deliver. But if you see what essentially some of the underlying trend that should support this kind of thing are actually playing out in the market in terms of India as an end market, how we are doing as a country, how we are gett ing more and more organised, and how more and more digitised we are going into our system and behaviour. But why, at least for now, we are not seeing those trends percolating into the kind of an outcome that we desire?
Right. And just one more thing. Since we have a much lower penetration in terms of registered supplier to paid supplier ratio, and we may be following the activities of potential registered supplier who could turn into a paid supplier given the activity increase that they are seeing at th eir end in terms of consuming lead and other things. Is it that the action which needs to be done on that part of leveraging that cohort and converting them into paid suppliers, that part needs to be improved to a much better outcome? Is that something that we can work on?

Can you guys hear me?
Yeah, thanks for the opportunity. Basically, wanted to understand slightly more in terms of what we are doing to increase the ARPU and at the top end of your subscriber base, where possibly the increased activity on the digital side, maybe helping them to value our platform and pr oposition slightly better. So we've been seeing that ARPU number going up, but if you could share some of the inputs in terms of what we are doing to ensure that we are able to get more and more from that top 25K customers and beyond?

Yes, I think you were trying to address the question that was to ask. So, if you could clarify, what exactly you were mentioning in terms of the reassignment because I see the reported IT Solutions to be almost lowest level since 9 quarter. So, what could be the other attributes other than the realignment that you just spoke about?
Right. And just on this marginal recovery kind of thought process that we have. Is there a certain base growth assumption that is required for us to be in that zone because the clarity on the macro is not as obvious as one would like to have.

I am sure this is asked in a different way already, but just trying to understand that generally the confidence that you are emanating is coming from the deal you have won what you see in the pipeline and stuff like that. So, in general view in terms of h ow timely are you seeing these deals are ramping up from signing period, are these back to the way it used to be historically, and do you think the guidance range should be more seen skewed towards the lower end this point, or you think it is equal possibility through the range?
So, what I was saying is that, if you could say that what is the general ramp up that we are seeing in our deal, is it from signing to ramping up, is it normalized the way it used to be or you're seeing some bit of changes in that? And secondly, at this point you think guidance range is equally skewed to the entire band or it's more towards the lower end at this point?

Yes, thanks. So basically, I have a couple of questions. One is to, I know there's no easy answer to this, but just to understand what is the industry growth benchmark for you? Is it more around the Gartner IT services forecast number? Or this is more to do with what the average of top 10, 15 players in Indian market may potentially do for this year?
Understood. And -- to the same point, if we see the number that Gartner is producing, in their forecast looks much better than what NASSCOM did last year and what they are expecting now. So is it more to do with corporates investing in AI where probably at this point Indian sales have less role to play or maybe some other technology we have lesser play at this point, which explains the difference of Indian IT growing slower than Gartner, which has never been the case historically.
