Thanks for taking my question. So with our accelerated asset -light expansion into Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets, what is the situation regarding regional MICE expansion? So local banqueting, regional MICE, have we restructured our central sales and advertising and promotion teams to capture this demand? Or is this burden purely falling on the franchisee partners?
