So the follow up question on this is with the T1 renovation which is going to be happening so do you expect any impact on your occupancies in the next 2-3 years maybe on your Aurika Mumbai portfolio and even the Lemon Tree Premier Airport Hotel given this renovation is going to take about 2-3 years?
