Can you throw some light on or can you give us an update on the JV, where are we in terms of revenue, margin, etcetera., product portfolio expansion, number of dealers, any color on the JV?

Understood. But any color on the revenue that you expect from this JV maybe say by the end of next year or this year end or next year?

Thank you, my second question is on the commodity prices. So, like you indicated during your opening remarks that commodity prices have started to cool off and you may see improvement in the margins going ahead. But I just wanted to clarify one thing, is there any pass-through of last quarter which is still pending or everything is fully passed so far?
