In terms of after winning the $100 million deal that you took from an existing account and displacing the tier 1 vendor , i s it fair to say this can replicate in most of the other existing accounts? So, my question is, how’s our large deal set up? I am not asking to close $100 million deal each quarter, but is there a set target to have a deal closure about 10, 15 million for the quarter because that will set the growth profile in the medium-to-longer term?
And just to follow up, it is a great execution on large deal as well as client mining . Is it a result of changing the variable incentive program and if yes, can you share what has been changed now versus what the structure was earlier?
