Just first question Mohit, I think one of the growth strategy which you want to look at is to drive the multi services deals as well. So, any progress on that? I do agree it's too early to ask this question, but any pipeline which is shaping up which can improve the order intake going forward?

Thanks for the detailed answer. Any thought on wage increase or wage hikes in the coming year?

And just a last question as a bookkeeping. I think offshore efforts, one of the lowest which as a large cap Tech Mahindra has and I did not hear that as a margin lever in most of the commentary by you and Rohit.
