Yes, Mohit. I mean, you would have been following our last conference calls. We have always advised that we have created this GAL platform at the listed entity to get into non -aero business. And recently, it started operations on Delhi duty-free as well as cargo. Hyderabad duty-free has also moved to GMR Airports. On specific numbers, I will ask Rajesh Arora to give you a full insight into it and explain how the transitions have come from the airport to GMR Airport level. Rajesh.

Mohit, we do not give forward guidance on revenues. So the new tariff order we can talk specifics on that aspect of it.

I think that would again allude to guidance. I really don't want to give that forecast to you, but there is a significant improvement if you look at the Delhi Airport's P&L. And if you impute the numbers that you're articulating, I think the results will be quite obvious over there.

Prateek, you are right. I'll ask GRK Babu to answer this, but you are alluding to the right aspect here.

The benefit of this refinancing, Prateek, will flow over the next many years, because there was a substantial delta between the existing bonds that were there in the books of DIAL versus the new financing that we have in place.

No, I think there is some misunderstanding. The FCCBs that were issued to ADP, a little more one year back, they continue to be FCCBs. So those have not been converted by ADP. They will continue for a period of 5 years from the date of issuance, minimum pe riod of 5 years from the date of issuance. So there's no conversion from that aspect. And hence, the equity stack will not change.

We do not give guidance on EBITDA or revenues. We basically generally give guidance as to what will be the growth in traffic that is what we do. We leave it to the analysts to assume the numbers and derive their own assumptions there.

No guidance on that but as we have always articulated, we see increasing trend of consumption at the airport and that is the secular trend that we have. We have experienc ed that in the past. There sometimes could be some blips because of mix of passenger change at various airports, but the general trend line is that the spend per passenger and yield per passenger is only going to go up.
