I think a lot of others have also asked the same question, but it just seems puzzling that the outgoing Chairman has written some strong words, like happenings at the bank for 2 years, congruence with personal or not in congruence with personal values and ethics. These are very, very strong words. And all I'm hearing is there was nothing specific.
