Yes. So, 2 questions, Amit. I think in one of the comments, you indicated that apart from SWC restructuring, there were some other restructurings as well in which there was an impact of $19 Mn. So, what does that relate to?
Second question is, we've seen a smart headcount addition of almost 3% to our base. So, is it in anticipation of some large deal ramp-up that we can expect? And also, in terms of restructuring, are we done with all low-margin businesses realignment? Or are there any other businesses that we need to think about going ahead?

Congratulations on a steady quarter. How should we read the growth cadence for second half, given that you have been indicating that the deals won in FY25 have a staggered wrap- up schedule? This is also in context to the 4% headcount addition that we have seen in this quarter. So, any visibility on how the next 2 quarters should look like?
So, if I get you, Ritesh, right, I think you are indicating that there's been some delay in regulatory approvals on the BPaaS deal, which is why we are expecting a ramp -up more towards 4Q rather than 3Q, which was earlier expectation.

So, congratulations on a steady quarter, Ritesh, once again. And two questions. First is on your acquisitions policy. So, in less than two years of time frame that you have been around, we have seen you doing three acquisitions already. So, what is our pol icy and acquisitions going forward? And secondly, given that we have wage hikes coming through in 2Q and 3Q, so what is our confidence level on achieving our margin guidance for the year given that start to the year, at least on margin front, has been a little tepid?
No, this is coming from the context that much of the offshore shift is already in our base now. So, incrementally going into second half of the year and with the investments continuing the large scale ramp up that we have signed in FY 25, so what are the main margin levers that we have to pull up margins from the 1Q number that we have reported?

So just two questions. How should we look at margin buildup for the coming quarters in terms of puts and takes? What are the plans for salary hike? And how do we look to defend margins in the coming quarters for the year?
Yes. And within transportation, you did indicate that Aero is doing well for you? So within Aero, what are the demand trends? Is it more around MRO -related work still? Or we have seen some green shoots of design-related work also coming in aero?

Two questions, Angan. First is, we have seen that our on -site mix has improved by some 700 bps and despite that, revenue has grown by only 2%. So, I just wanted to check the underlying volume growth because much of the revenue growth seems to be led by shift in business towards onsite?
Is it also to do , Kamini, with the fact that probably our on-roll employee growth has seen a decline whereas revenue growth this quarter would have been led by an increase in subcontractors?

Congrats on another strong quarter. Most of my questions have been answered, just a couple of questions. Firstly, the residual impacts of short -term projects, do you see that things is having some impact in our profit number as well?
And another question is on the segmental margins. When I look at the margins for the E&U vertical, it has come off quite a bit--despite, you have been mentioning that the large deals ramp up was predominantly offshore. So I just wanted to check why the margins in E&U come down?
