Thanks for the opportunity. My question is regarding the data center unit economics. If you could give details about the interest and depreciation, which we will see and how are you planning to fund the capex?

And depreciation, like depreciation -- it will be depreciable over 10 years period, if I'm not wrong, as you mentioned in the last call?

15 years. Okay. And this EBITDA margin is including the power cost or it will be -- the power cost will be a pass-through, so we don't have any effect on our margins?
