So, I had a question on how, just trying to understand how you take a decision between going on time charter or doing a spot rate on a ship, and is there a threshold IRR above which you just go time charter or just trying to understand the strategy?
So, I am asking because as this cycle, as maybe it is coming to a very long period of a super cycle, maybe not as big, but if there is certain prices that we can just lock in at good rates, is that something that you look at or no?

My question was actually on scrapping. The last year or two, we've just seen very low scrapping levels. At some point, shipowners will be forced to scrap as the ships age. So just wanted to get your outlook on when we expect some scrapping levels to go up it.
So just a follow up , w hat would be for example, crude product and dry bulk, like certain breakeven levels where for example, you mentioned 20 years for crude ? So, what would be prices that would force people to increase their scrapping level?

I had a couple of questions. The first one was you mentioned that the ticket size for the opportunity that you have is going to be much bigger. So just trying to understand what kind of or how do we look at the ticket size versus margins? Or is that like the order size is -- like the margins are agnostic of the order size that we pick up. Usually, like bigger orders, we see some kind of efficiencies that are built in. So just trying to get a sense on that.
Got it. Got it. That's very helpful. So is it fair to understand that going forward, we would aim for like historically, the kind of order sizes that we've got, we want to go into like a bigger level of orders that we actually intake now?

My question was actually on the data center side. We've invested INR300 crores of the INR1,200 crores that we intend to. So just wanted to know what is the -- I know that the capex is going to be back-ended mainly, but trying to understand where -- what is the status of the project since we've seen delays? Has there been any redesigning or anything as such and my next question was on the partner that you're looking at. What is the status on that? Because since the last 6 months to 9 months we've been guiding that we are working with a few partners for the project?
Got it. That is very helpful to know. So the first phase, you're looking at operating by ourselves or is that going to be with a partner as we had initially envisaged?
