Hi, thank you for giving me the opportunity. Sir, I wanted to understand with respect to our branch addition strategy, how many branches will we be trying to close at the end of FY '26 and any specific states that we are looking to target?
Understood. And with respect to a couple of questions on competition and your view on the Southern piece, so in Southern India, specifically Karnataka, there are a few locations where one of the participants earlier had said that there was some stress, although we have not seen that much in our book, but any specific ticket size wise or category wise, there has been early warning signs, although we might not see any stress, but any warning signs, maybe in the South or in general, any warning sign specific, say, less than 5 lakh or less than 7.5 lakh ticket size, are you seeing any stress?

So, sir, first question is on the spread and the AUM and the yield. So, we are starting to grow in the state s of Odisha and Maharashtra. Maharashtra being very highly penetrated and the competition is also there. So, my question is, can the yield come down because we'll be facing more competition? And as that book will start to grow, so will the yield come down and therefore, spreads?
And also, with respect to the branch expansion, so did not catch how many branches we'll be opening specifically in the state of Maharashtra?

My first question is actually I would want to have a clarification with respect to the LRD vertical. So there we see there is no NNPA, GNPA but the average ticket size that I can see is approximately Rs. 98 crores, although I would want to this situation not happen but in which scenario will this , why will there be an NPA in this case and what will be the procedure for collecting such a large amount in the in the NPA?
And now, coming to the main question, the affordable housing. So we have seen many players coming into the affordable vertical. There are already some players there in the affordable vertical. So my question is, in the medium term slide that you have given, that you want 20% to 25% growth, so the book size for this affordable vertical, what do you see in the medium term for this vertical over the medium term?

The question was with regards to the NHB refinancing. The amount that we have drawn down of INR1,600-odd crores, that is from the refinancing window or the affordable housing window? I just want to understand what is that coming from?
Understood. And just to follow up on this, do you see this ratio being changed and brought back to the 1:1 because the push for the affordable segment has to be there. The PMAY scheme also will come back client be on first of Q4. So do you think this will improve and, therefore, the cost of borrowings might improve?
