So, is there, I mean, some attrition, probably because of this NBFC wherein we are losing the talent and that is impacting our disbursement? I mean, or they become more aggressive, that's where, we are kind of losing customers. Not losing, but our growth rate has kind of come down. If you could just give some color on that
